Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de equipos para la incubación de aves h y m en el municipio de Rionegro Santander

dc.description.abstractLa industria avícola en Santander, se ha convertido en los últimos años en un aliciente para la generación de fuentes de trabajo y de divisas por exportación, hasta el punto que esta industria produce anualmente un promedio de 950 mil toneladas de carne de pollo y 8.900 millones de huevos, donde el departamento de Santander surte el 30% de esta cifra, que al año mueve más de US$2.400 millones, según cifras de FENAVI. Además, esta industria genera en el departamento cerca de 40.800 empleos directos y 78.000 indirectos distribuidos dentro de la cadena productiva del negocio; razón por la cual en el municipio de Rionegro gran cantidad de los hogares de zona rural realizan la actividad de producir y comercializar aves tradicionales y exóticas. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que el 58,87% de los hogares de la zona rural realizan la actividad de avicultura y el 77,66% está interesado en la actividad de incubar aves. El estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($23.068.809) y el capital de trabajo ($14.286.809) está al alcance de la autora del proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativas sino por el contrario generará empleo, desarrolló para la región y aporte al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR (48,20%) y VPN ($23.142.138,22) indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un plazo de tres años y un mes.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe poultry industry in Santander, has turned in the last years into an inducement for the generation of sources of work and of currencies for export, up to the point that this industry produces anually an average of 950 thousand tons of meat of chicken and 8.900 millión eggs, where the department of Santander supplies 30 % of this number, which a year moves more of US$2.400 millión, according to numbers of FENAVI. In addition, this industry generates in the department near 40.800 direct employments and indirect 78.000 the distributed ones inside the productive chain of the business; reason for which in Rionegro's municipality great quantity of the homes of rural zone they realize the activity to produce and commercialize traditional and exotic birds. The realized studies allow to observe that 58,87 % of the homes of the rural zone realizes the activity of aviculture and 77,66 % this one interested in the activity to incubate birds. The technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining location, processes, distribution in plant and the resources necessary for his putting in march; his constitution organizacional is simple and allows to glide, to administer, to direct and to control the own activities of the new company; the financial study indicates that the initial investment ($23.068.809) and the capital of work ($14.286.809) is within reach of the authoress of the project and the evaluation allows to see that there are no environmental impacts and social denials but on the contrary it will generate employment, development for the región and contribution to the managerial sector; and in what concerns the financial part the indicators TIR (48,20%) and VPN ($23.142.138,22) indicate economic kindness of the project for recovery of the investment in a term of three years and a month.
