dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo se muestra el desarrollo de un proyecto de producción y comercialización de huevos y gallinas semi criollas (gallus gallus domesticus) en el Municipio de Carcasí Santander. Identificando las estrategias de viabilidad y factibilidad para participar en el mercado, teniendo como valor agregado calidad, frescura y punto estratégico de distribución del huevo. El presente proyecto consiste en implementar un sistema de negocio eficiente e integral de producción y comercialización de huevos y gallinas que sea sustentable y auto sostenible, para mejorar las condiciones económicas de la familia y ofrecer beneficios tanto alimenticios como económicos en ingresos para la comunidad del corregimiento el Tobal y el Municipio de Carcasí
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper shows the development of a project for the production and marketing of semi-creole eggs and hens (gallus gallus domesticus) in the Municipality of Carcasí Santander. Identifying the viability and feasibility strategies to participate in the market, having as added value quality, freshness and strategic point of distribution of the egg. This project consists of implementing an efficient and comprehensive business system of production and marketing of eggs and chickens that is sustainable and self-sustainable, to improve the economic conditions of the family and offer both food and economic benefits in income for the community of the corregimiento El Tobal and the Municipality of Carcasí
