| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto nace para una empresa familiar que en busca de organización y valor agregado para sus clientes inicia una etapa donde lo empírico y la experiencia adquirida a través de los años empiezan a estructurarse de manera documentada, con un aumento de la cultura del registro y de la capacitación de sus trabajadores. La empresa logró un mejoramiento continuo basado en su estructura documental y el apoyo del nivel gerencial, el impulso y la tenacidad de la Coordinadora de Calidad y la participación masiva de todos los miembros de la organización los cuales fueron evidenciados el 18 de Octubre de 2006 día en que la empresa logra la recomendación para la certificación de su SGC por parte del grupo de auditores del ICONTEC.
