dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene como objetivo crear la empresa de servicio doméstico integral en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, teniendo como base los lineamientos de la formulación de proyecto, los cuales sustenta la elaboración de los estudios de mercado, técnico, administrativo, financiero y la evaluación ambiental, social y financiera de la iniciativa empresarial. En el estudio de mercado, se analizó cada variable, lo cual aportó elementos para el diseño del cuestionario para su aplicación a la muestra seleccionada; con la información recopilada se cuantificó la demanda del servicio. En el estudio técnico se tuvieron en cuenta los factores del tamaño del proyecto y las capacidades diseñada, instalada y utilizada para atender el proceso de atención a los clientes. En el estudio administrativo, se definió la forma de constitución y la reglamentación actual para el manejo de personal, los perfiles y los cargos con su respectiva remuneración. En lo financiero se define la estructura de las inversiones, ingresos, egreso de la idea empresarial para generar los estados financieros; finalmente la evaluación social, ambiental, financiera para analizar la conveniencia de la inversión. El valor total del proyecto es de $81.098.905 representados en activos fijos, diferidos y capital de trabajo, de los cuales se requiere un crédito por valor de $32.427.686 y los aportes de los socios es de $48.671.219 La evaluación financiera a través de los criterios de Valor Presente Neto (V.P.N) es de $42.301.074 y la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) es del 45%.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research aims to create a comprehensive domestic service company in the city of Barrancabermeja, based guidelines for the formulation of the project, which supports the development of market research, technical, administrative, financial and environmental assessment, financial and social entrepreneurship. In the administrative study, the form of constitution and the current regulations for the management of staff profiles and their respective remuneration charges defined. On the financial structure of investments, income, discharge of the business idea to generate financial statements are defined, and finally the social assessment, environmental, financial to analyze the suitability of the investment. In the market study, each variable was analyzed, which provided input to the design of the questionnaire for application to the selected sample, with the collected information service demand was quantified. The technical study took into account the factors of size of the project and designed, installed and used to address the process of client service capabilities. The total value of the project is $ 81,098,905 represented in fixed assets, working capital and deferred, of which one credit is required in the amount of $ 32,427,686 and member contributions is $ 48,671,219 The financial evaluation through criteria of Net Present Value (NPV) is $ 42,301,074 and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 45%.
