dc.description.abstractLa salud como lo opuesto a la enfermedad ha sido un concepto que durante años a marcado significativamente los sistemas de salud públicos, pero, debido a factores sociales, económicos, políticos, ambientales, entre otros, que a nivel mundial se han estado haciendo evidentes como determinantes en los estados de salud, tanto individuales como colectivos, se ha modificado el anterior concepto reduccionista de la salud por uno holista capaz de conciliar la satisfacción de las necesidades humanas, los ideales de salud y el bienestar integral de la población. En Colombia con el nuevo Sistema General de Seguridad en Salud, SGSSS, implementado por la Ley 100, se ha logrado establecer un marco legal que, basado en los principios constitucionales y en la descentralización de responsabilidades y recursos, ha permitido nuevas opciones de organización para subsanar las discriminaciones existentes en el acceso a los servicios con el fin de lograr un sistema integral de competencias reguladas con calidad La experiencia desarrollada en la E.S.E. Hospital Local de Piedecuesta tuvo por finalidad organizar las funciones que el Trabajador Social debe ejecutar como parte del servicio que la institución presta a los usuarios, pero además, también, se analizo el quehacer profesional desde una perspectiva funcional en la que se logro observar la importancia que para la comunidad representa esta área en el Hospital. Por ello se deja planteada una propuesta de intervención, que basada en estrategias educativas, busca darle un valor real a la intervención del Trabajador Social en las instituciones de primer nivel de atención en salud.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe health like what's opposed has been the disease a concept than during years to it has been important significantly for the public systems of health, But, due to social factors, economical , politic, environmental, between others, than worldwide they have been doing evident like determining in the statuses of health, So much individual as collective, has gotten modified the previous reductive concept of the health for integral competent one to reconcile the satisfaction of the human needs ,the ideals of health and the integral well-being of the people. In Colombia with the new General System of Safety in health, SGSSS, Implemented for the Law 100, it has been managed to establish a legal frame than, based in the constitutional principles and in the decentralization of responsibilities and resources, This has permitted new options of organization to remedy the existent discriminations in the access to the services with the aim of achieving an integral system of competitions regulated with quality. The experience developed in E.S.E. Local Hospital of Piedecuesta had for purpose to organize the functions that the Social Worker must execute as part of the service that the institution lends the users, But furthermore, also, himself I analyze the professional task from a functional perspective in her than himself I manage to observe the importance that for the community they represent this area at the Hospital. You give in for it once a proposal of intervention was presented, than based in educational strategies, you attempt to give a real value to the intervention of the Social Worker in the institutions of first level of attention in health.
