dc.description.abstractLa factibilidad que se ha desarrollado ofrece los parámetros y lineamientos necesarios para la creación de un Jardín Infantil dirigido a niños y niñas entre 2 y 6 años de edad, en el cual se desarrollen actividades que favorezcan habilidades motoras, cognitivas y sociales, hasta la edad de su ingreso a la educación básica primaria. El mercado objetivo del Jardín Infantil es el estrato tres del Municipio de Bucaramanga y específicamente, se observo que allí residen 43.831 niños y niñas entre 2 y 6 años de edad, de los cuales el 82% tienen acceso a Centros Educativos, es decir, el 18% no tienen acceso a la educación inicial. Por lo tanto el nuevo Jardín Infantil tiene la oportunidad de prestar servicios educativos a una población que actualmente no está siendo atendida. El Jardín Infantil tendrá una capacidad instalada de 200 estudiantes, a los cuales les prestará servicios en la jornada de la mañana y de la tarde, por lo tanto, contara con los grados de párvulos, prejardìn, jardín, y transición, de acuerdo a su edad. Se estima que el Jardín Infantil iniciara actividades con un 90% de la capacidad instalada, teniendo en cuenta que es una institución nueva, se proyecta que en 1 año lograra una capacidad utilizada del 100%. Para el montaje del Jardín Infantil se requiere de una inversión total de $96.120.324, dado el estudio financiero se concluye que siempre y cuando las condiciones estimadas y proyectadas para el proyecto se den, los inversionistas la recuperarán en 2 años y 2 meses, tiempo relativamente corto dado el monto de la inversión.

Therefore the new kindergartens have the opportunity to provide educational services to a population that is not currently being served.
