| dc.description.abstract | Elementos estructurales Elementos arquitectónicos Áreas de uso Codificación de áreas Topologías Registro fotográfico Los sistemas de información geográfica (SIG) abren los horizontes en el desarrollo de los proyectos relacionados con la administración de recursos, su empleo además de acelerar los procesos, mejora las tareas de análisis y organización, ampliando sustancialmente las labores de gestión, pues logra integrar diferentes tipos de información originada en un mismo objeto. Este proyecto centro sus esfuerzos en desarrollar actividades en uno de los sectores del campus central de la UIS, adelantando tareas tanto en campo como en oficina. En el primero, se trabajó lo concerniente a la revisión arquitectónica y estructural, registro de componentes, verificación de datos e identificación y cálculo de áreas de uso; en la segunda, el objetivo principal fue la creación de topologías, para lo cual la codificación de áreas, la digitalización de planos, creación de bases de datos, y vinculación entre las dos últimas fue necesaria. En estas instancias se logró completar el proceso en un total de 8 edificaciones. El aporte técnico consistió en la creación de un espacio en la pagina Web de la UIS, desarrollando una herramienta que permite la visualización de las áreas externas principales de su campus central, teniendo acceso dinámico a la información relacionada con el estado de fachadas y alrededores de sus edificios mediante la publicación de fotografías y documentos que describen su historia y actualidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Structural elements Architectural elements Use areas Areas Encode Topologies Photographic Register The Geographical Information Systems (GIS) give many chances in the development of the projects related with the administration of resources, its use, besides accelerating the processes, it improves the analysis and organization tasks, enlarging the administration tasks substantially, and therefore it is able to integrate different types of information originated in one object. This project focused its efforts in developing activities in one of the UIS central campus sectors, advancing tasks not only in the field but also in the office. As for the first one, an architectural and a structural revision, the register of components, the verification of data and the identification and calculation of use areas were done. As for the second, the main objective was the creation of topologies, for this reason the areas encode, the planes drawing, the creation of databases, and the linking among the last two were necessary. In these instances it was possible to complete the process in a total of 8 buildings. The technical contribution consisted on the creation of a space at the UIS Web, developing a tool that allows the visualization of the main external areas of its central campus, having dynamic access to the information related with the state of facades and surroundings of its buildings by means of the publication of pictures and documents that describe its history and present time | |
