dc.description.abstractLa existencia de los riesgos es innata y está presente en todos los proyectos que podemos ver ya sean de construcción o de cualquier otro tipo. Aun cuando se haya realizado una correcta planificación de los mismos, y se tengan en cuenta las previsiones futuras, siempre existirá un margen significativo de error. Estos riesgos pueden poner en peligro tanto los objetivos de calidad, como los de costos y programación de un proyecto y afectar significativamente el desempeño de los equipos de trabajo de la organización y es por esta razón que es clave gestionar un plan de respuesta para ellos en donde se registre, la estrategia para mitigar al máximo el impacto que se pueda presentar por causa de estos durante la ejecución de los proyectos y además el responsable en la organización de administrar cada uno de ellos. Esta información obtenida puede der utilizada en proyectos futuros como retroalimentación. Con base al análisis anteriormente mencionado, el presente estudio muestra cinco procesos del capítulo de la gestión de riesgos del Pmbok, aplicados a un presupuesto de un proyecto de infraestructura como ejemplo, y así poder identificar algunos de los riesgos que se pueden presentar. dc.description.abstractenglishThe existence of the risks is innate and is present in all the projects that we can see, be they construction or any other type. Even if they have been correctly planned, and future forecasts are taken into account, there will always be a significant margin of error. These risks can jeopardize both the quality, cost and programming objectives of a project and significantly affect the performance of the work teams of the organization and it is for this reason that it is teams of the organization and it is for this reason that it is essential to manage a response plan for them in where it is registered, the strategy to mitigate to the maximum the impact that can occur due to these during the execution of the projects and also the person responsible in the organization to administer each one of them. This information obtained can be used in future projects as feedback. Based on the aforementioned analysis, this study shows five processes of the risk management chapter of the Pmbok, applied to a budget of an infrastructure project as an example, in order to identify some of the risks that may arise. Each of these processes has some inputs, tools and techniques and outputs.
