dc.description.abstractCon el paso del tiempo, la preocupación por el cuidado de la biósfera y el bienestar de la sociedad ha ido creciendo, por lo que las diversas organizaciones le han dado mayor importancia a la adopción de prácticas de responsabilidad social corporativa, impulsadas por sus grupos de interés. Por esto, la presente investigación tiene como fin determinar y analizar las prácticas operacionales sostenibles (POS) empleadas en el ecodiseño, la cadena de suministro verde, la producción más limpia y la logística reversa, y su nivel de aplicabilidad actual en las empresas manufactureras del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, además de estudiar el efecto que estas tienen sobre el desempeño operacional. Para realizarlo, se partió de una revisión de literatura científica, que se centró en estudios hechos durante los últimos seis años, publicados en las bases de datos multidisciplinarias, Scopus y Web of Science, de las que se extrajo la información para la construcción del instrumento de recolección, que posteriormente se aplicó a 392 empresas del AMB, con el cual se pudo encontrar que la “integración interna verde” de las POS, como el diseño ecológico y procesos de producción más limpia tienen una relación mayor, positiva y significativa con el desempeño operacional en cuanto al mejoramiento de la calidad, reducción de tiempos, flexibilidad, reducción de desperdicios, entre otros. El sector de petroquímica, farmacéutica y plásticos fue el que más incidió en la “integración externa verde” de las POS y la “recolección en la logística reversa”; en cuanto al tamaño de la empresa, ninguno de los resultados fue significativo para las prácticas operacionales sostenibles ni para las variables dependientes del desempeño operacional. La “recolección de la logística reversa” fue el factor que tuvo menos incidencia y significancia positiva sobre cada ítem del desempeño.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the passage of time, the concern for the care of the biosphere and the well-being of society has grown, which is why the various organizations have given greater importance to the adoption of corporate social responsibility practices, promoted by their stakeholder groups. interest. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the sustainable operational practices used in ecodesign, the green supply chain, cleaner production and reverse logistics, and their current level of applicability in manufacturing companies in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, in addition to studying the effect that these have on operational performance. To do this, the first step was a review of the scientific literature, which focused on studies carried out during the last six years, published in the multidisciplinary databases, Scopus and Web of Science, from which the information for the construction of the instrument was extracted. Collection method, which was later applied to 392 AMB companies, with which it was possible to find that the "internal green integration" of the POS, such as ecological design and cleaner production processes, have a greater, positive and significant relationship with the operational performance in terms of quality improvement, time reduction, flexibility, waste reduction, among others. The petrochemical, pharmaceutical and plastics sector was the one that most affected the "green external integration" of the POS and the "collection in reverse logistics"; regarding the size of the company, none of the results was significant for sustainable operational practices or for the variables dependent on operational performance. The "reverse logistics collection" was the factor that had the least incidence and positive significance on each performance item.
