dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se lleva a cabo con el fin de lograr la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en la empresa ASOINGENIERÍA DEL ORIENTE LTDA. Bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC ISO9001:2000., con el fin de garantizar y contribuir a la satisfacción de los requisitos de sus diferentes clientes, mejorar, documentar controlar sus procesos, mejorar su posicionamiento y reconocimiento en el mercado, y aprovechar esta ventaja competitiva que le permite establecer relaciones con otras empresas. El desarrollo de este proyecto se ha llevado a cabo en diferentes etapas, contando con el apoyo tanto de la gerencia como de los trabajadores que hacen parte de la organización, con el fin de lograr la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y cumplir con los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO9001:2000. Inicialmente se trabaja en el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, seguido de la documentación y de una implementación progresiva del sistema, por ultimo sigue la realización de las auditorías internas al sistema con el fin de lograr una plena implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. La implementación de este sistema de gestión de calidad permite obtener un ambiente de mejora continua dentro de la organización, ya que se trabaja bajo la metodología del ciclo de mejora continua PHVA (Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar), lo cual garantiza que mediante la toma de acciones correctivas, acciones preventivas y planes de mejora la empresa se oriente hacia una cultura de calidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is being developed by means of applying a quality management system on ASOINGENIERIA DEL ORIENTE LTADA. Company, under the lineaments of the NTC ISO9001:2000 standard. Whit the aim of ensuring and contributing to the satisfaction of the requirements of its different clients, to improve, document, control its process, to make progress in the positioning of the brand, and to take advantage of this competitive tool that will allow establishing relations with other companies. The developing of this project has been done in various stages, being assisted, as well by the management, as by employees that make part of the organization, aiming to reach the implementation of the quality management system and fulfill the requirements of the aforementioned standard. Initially, we work over the design of the quality management system, followed by the documentation and the progressive implementation of the system, ending with the realization of the internal auditing of the system by means of a full implementation of the quality management system. The implementation of this quality management system provides an environment of continuous improvement within the organization, as it works under the methodology of the cycle of continuous improvement PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), which ensures that through taking corrective actions, preventive actions and plans to improve the company move towards a culture of quality.
