Factibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de comida saludable en la ciudad de Bucaramanga

dc.description.abstractEn el Barrio Mejoras Publicas de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, se encuentra localizadas varias empresas de todos los sectores, en la mayoría de ellas en las jornadas laborales completas, y sus trabajadores sienten la necesidad de que exista un lugar donde puedan conseguir alimentos saludables, balanceados y con agradables sabor. De ahí la importancia de realizar un estudio que determine la viabilidad de montar un restaurante de comida saludable, que cumpla con todas las normas de calidad y nutrición en un sitio adecuado brindando bienestar y comodidad a todos los usuarios. Para la puesta en marcha del restaurante saludable, se realizo una encuesta a 323 habitantes del sector encontrándose una demanda efectiva de almuerzos al año de 129.567. En el aspecto financiero la inversión requerida para el montaje y puesta en marcha del restaurante es de $42.471.191, arrojando un VPN de $ 64.977.106 y la TIR de 71%. Lo anterior demuestra que el proyecto es viable debido a que la recuperación de la inversión se hace efectiva en cuarto año con una ganancia bruta de 0.38%, se reafirma la viabilidad del restaurante ya que además contribuye a la generación de empleo, el desarrollo sostenible de la calidad de vida de los trabajadores de la zona y es una oportunidad de negocios.

Of there the importance of realizing a study that determines the viability of mounting a restaurant of healthy food, which expires with all the procedure of quality and nutrition in a suitable site offering well-being and comfort to all the users. For the putting in march of the healthy restaurant, I realize a survey to 323 inhabitants of the sector being an effective demand of lunches to the year of 129.567. In the financial aspect the investment needed for the assembly and put in march of the restaurant is of 42.471.191 $, throwing a VPN of $ 64.977.106 and the TIR of 71 %. The previous thing demonstrates that the project is viable due to the fact that the recovery of the investment becomes effective in the fourth year by a gross profit of 0.38 %, the viability of the restaurant is reaffirmed since in addition he contributes the generation of employment, the sustainable development of the quality of life of the workers of the zone and is a business opportunity.
