dc.description.abstractLa entidad promotora de salud para perros y gatos ANIMAL CARE, prestará los servicios de salud médica veterinaria, por medio veterinarias ya existentes. Se contemplan investigaciones de generalidades las cuales rodean la idea de negocio; un estudio de mercados que identifica plenamente la objetividad del proyecto el cual ofrece como resultado que es 63% de los encuestados tiene como mascota perro o gato, solo el 4% posee planes de salud para perro, y no existen para gato. La disposición para la afiliaciones de 68 y 57 por ciento, para perro y para gato respectivamente. Un estudio técnico que determina el tamaño, con una capacidad planteada de 2.336 afiliaciones por año y un volumen utilizado de 1.168 afiliaciones año. Así mismo, la ingeniería y ubicación del proyecto que será en Sotomayor y proveedores de servicio veterinarios como centro veterinario mascotas y mascotas para florida, centro veterinario San Juan en Girón, veterinaria Mascotas y Mas en Piedecuesta, y en Bucaramanga clínica veterinaria Sotomayor, Pequeños animales. Un estudio administrativo y legal que permite identificar su estructura organizativa, políticas, funciones, cargos (8) y un estudio y evaluación Financiero que permite identificar si económicamente el proyecto es viable o no; identificando una inversión de $122.508.012.oo, de los que$ 42.508.012 son recursos propios y $80.000.000 pertenecen a un crédito con un periodo de recuperación de 4.2 años, un VPN de $ 23.168.274 y una TIR de 14%. La investigación permite observar la factibilidad del proyecto para la empresa, donde a pesar de los altos costos en que se incurrirán en la iniciación de labores, su recuperación se hace de una forma rápida, y constante debido a fidelización de los clientes que consisente no solo la vinculación mensual para la prestación del servicio si no su permanencia durante la vida de su mascota.

In developing the feasibility for the creation of the company "Animal Care EPS" referred to general investigations which surround the business idea, a market research that identifies fully the objectivity of the project which has resulted in the demand and service offering based on the homes of stratum 4, 5 and 6 of the City of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area equivalent to 40 572 habitants.
