dc.description.abstractEl presente documento sintetiza el proceso de práctica académica de Trabajo Social realizado en el Centro Juvenil Amanecer Comunidad Padres Somascos, localizado en la comuna 2 del Norte de Bucaramanga. Se enfocó en el fortalecimiento del liderazgo y las prácticas democráticas con los Semillas de S, con el fin de desarrollar en ellos habilidades sociales que contribuya a que ejerzan un liderazgo más participativo, democratizando el proceso de toma de decisiones en sus comunidades, de igual manera dar relevancia a los valores necesarios para mejorar la convivencia y la interacción entre las personas de la tercera edad. Los referentes teórico-conceptuales que guiaron el proceso, fueron vejez, envejecimiento y calidad de vida, la teoría del envejecimiento, teoría socioecológica, teoría de redes sociales, teoría de la actividad, teoría del conflicto social y enfoque de derechos. La acción profesional de Trabajo Social permitió la integración de los adultos mayores pertenecientes al programa, la generación de espacios de reflexión y participación con respecto al tema del liderazgo y la incentivación de valores como el respeto, la tolerancia y la solidaridad en el manejo de los conflictos que se presentan ocasionalmente. Finalmente se expone la propuesta de intervención, cuyo objetivo es contribuir al fortalecimiento de del Centro Juvenil Amanecer en el Norte de Bucaramanga, rescatando su protagonismo y liderazgo como medio para la defensa y protección de sus derechos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present document synthesizes the process of academic practice of Social Work accomplished at the Youthful Dawn - Community Somascan Parents, located in commune 2 of the North of Bucaramanga. One focused in the fortification of the leadership and the democratic practices with of developing in them social abilities that contribute to that they exert a participative leadership, democratizing the process of way, decision making in their communities equal to give relevance to the values necessary to improve the coexistence and the interaction between the people of the third age. Referring the theoretical and conceptual that guided the process, was oldness, aging and quality of life, the theory of the aging, eco socio theory, theory of social networks, theory of the activity, theory of the social conflict and approach of rights. The professional action of Social Work allowed the integration of the greater adults pertaining to the program, the generation of spaces of reflection and participation with respect to the subject of the leadership and the stimulaton of values like the respect, the tolerance and solidarity in the handling of the conflicts that appear occasionally. Finally the intervention proposal is exposed, whose objective is to contribute to the fortification of the sociaYouthful Center Dawn in the North of Bucaramanga, rescuing its protagonism and average leadership like for the defense and protection of its rights.
