| dc.description.abstract | Se requiere estudiar la factibilidad de crear una Empresa Consultora que gestione la calidad en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, un mercado en el que existe una demanda insatisfecha no cubierta por empresas de la región que puede ser aprovechada para brindar un servicio oportuno y continuo con proximidad al mercado y un alto nivel de satisfacción. Para tal fin se desarrollaron diferentes estudios. Un estudio de Mercados para determinar rasgos característicos de la demanda y de la oferta, establecer estrategias de ventas, promoción y publicidad y comprobar la viabilidad del Proyecto desde el punto de vista en el mercado. Un estudio técnico para establecer la macro Œ localización y micro Œ localización del Proyecto, el tamaño de la empresa y el proceso técnico a llevar a cabo. Un Estudio Legal y Administrativo donde se esquematizó la estructura jurídica, la forma social de la empresa, y se diseñó la estructura organizacional y se establecieron las funciones para los diferentes cargos buscando una eficiencia y funcionalidad para la empresa. Un Estudio Financiero para determinar las inversiones fijas, diferidas y de capital de trabajo necesarias para la puesta en marcha del Proyecto; establecer los costos; determinar las fuentes de la financiación, y estimar el punto de equilibrio y se elaboraron los estados financieros básicos. | dc.description.abstractenglish | It is required to study the feasibility of creating a Consultant Company that negotiates the quality in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, a market in the one that an unsatisfied demand not exists covered by companies of the region that can be taken advantage of to offer an opportune and continuous service with vicinity at the market and a high level of satisfaction. For such an end different studies were developed. A study of Markets to determine characteristic features of the demand and of the offer, to establish strategies of sales, promotion and publicity and to check the viability of the Project from the point of view in the market.
