dc.description.abstractMetrolínea S.A., es una empresa de transporte público masivo en la ciudad de Bucaramanga creada en el año 2002, para mejorar la movilidad vehicular de la ciudad, y basada en el concepto de autobús de transito rápido, con paradas fijas en estaciones exclusivas. El proyecto inicia con una etapa de diagnóstico basado en un análisis de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativo, que permita identificar las principales causas que generan el desequilibrio entre los ingresos por tarifas y costos de operación de las rutas alimentadoras del SITM, con el propósito de mejorar la calidad y/o eficiencia del servicio. De acuerdo con lo dicho anteriormente, se diseña un plan de mejoramiento a partir de los objetivos planteados, realizando un análisis técnico financiero a nivel de perfil para cada una de las propuestas. Dentro de las propuestas planteadas están: el diseño de una nueva APP orientada a mejorar el sistema de recargas que actualmente utiliza la empresa; disponer de máquinas tipo RVM para realizar recarga verde con el fin de subsidiar a los usuarios, además de fomentar el reciclaje y cuidado del medio ambiente; el diseño de mapa guía, carteles informativos y letreros de señalización en las estaciones de Metrolínea con el fin de facilitar a los usuarios información más completa de las rutas del sistema; finalmente el diseño y creación de formatos para el control de tiempos y salidas de las rutas alimentadoras de Metrolínea para facilitar el registro de la información a los operarios y obtener mayor control de las frecuencias.
dc.description.abstractenglishMetrolínea S.A is a massive public transport company in the city of Bucaramanga created in 2002, to improve the vehicular mobility of the city, it is based on the concept of fast transit bus, with fixed stops in exclusive stations. The project begins with a diagnostic stage based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis, which allows the identification of the main causes that generate the imbalance between the revenues from fees and operating costs of the feeder routes of the SITM, in order to improve the quality and/or efficiency of the service. According to the above information, an improvement plan is designed based on the proposed objectives, performing a technical-financial analysis at the profile level for each of the proposals. Among the proposed proposals are: the design of a new APP aimed at improving the recharging system currently used in the company, controlling frequency times and generating updated and immediate information; dispose of RVM type machines to perform green recharge in order to subsidize users as well as promote recycling and care for the environment; guide map design, informative posters and sign posts in the Metroline stations in order to provide users with more complete information on the routes of the system, finally design and creation of formats for the control of times and outputs of the feeder routes of Metrolínea to facilitate the registration of the information to the operators to get greater control of the frequencies.
