dc.description.abstractEl acero se ha caracterizado por ser el tipo de aleación más usado en el mundo; la importancia de su utilización radica en los diferentes usos y beneficios que se pueden obtener de este material, dentro de los usos destacado se resalta la varilla como refuerzo en la construcción, la fabricación de partes metalmecánicos y en general el acero inoxidable en el hogar. Este proyecto tiene como propósito, crear una empresa fabricante y distribuidora de acero en Barrancabermeja a partir de acero reciclado, en donde se pretende abastecer al municipio del producto para su utilización en la construcción, metalmecánica y ornamentación; estas industrias son identificadas como clientes objetivos. La estructura del documento inicia con el planteamiento de los objetivos, los cuales enmarcan el rumbo del proyecto; el estudio de mercado en donde se resalta siempre las ventajas competitivas de la empresa; su localización; recursos a implementar como lo son: la maquinaria, materias primas y demás elementos necesarios para dar inicio a la empresa; en la estructura organizativa se muestra la forma de operación de la empresa; su estructura salarial y funciones; en el estudio legal, se reflejan todos los aspectos legales que intervienen en la formulación del proyecto; los impactos económicos son las ventajas económicas que trae el proyecto a la región, resaltando de igual forma las ventajas ambientales y sociales, culminando con la descripción de la viabilidad financiera del negocio, descripción de su rentabilidad y análisis estratégico.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe steel has been characterized for being the type of alloy used in the world; the importance of its use lies in the different uses and benefits that can be derived from this material, within the outstanding uses Rod as reinforcement in the construction, manufacturing of metal mechanical parts and in general the stainless steel in the home is highlighted. Purpose of this project is to create a company, manufacturer and distributor of steel in Barrancabermeja from recycled steel, which intends to supply to the municipality of product for use in construction, metalworking and ornamentation; these industries are identified as objectives clients. he structure of the document begins with the approach of the objectives, which frame the course of the project; the study of market where it always highlights the competitive advantages of the company; its location; resources to implement such as: machinery, raw materials and other elements needed to give home to the company; the organizational structure shows the form of operation of the company; its structure wage and functions; the legal study, reflect all the legal aspects involved in the formulation of the project; the economic impacts are the economic advantages that brings the project to the region, emphasizing equal shape environmental and social advantages culminating with the description of the financial business viability, description of its profitability and strategic analysis.
