dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado se centra en la propuesta de una reforma al plan de estudios de la asignatura de Consultorio Jurídico I, como respuesta a las necesidades identificadas en el contexto de la educación jurídica. Para lograr este objetivo, se llevó a cabo un estudio exhaustivo de las tendencias en el programa de derecho a nivel internacional y nacional, con el fin de comprender los estándares y prácticas actuales en la enseñanza del derecho. Además, se realizaron entrevistas a directivos, docentes y estudiantes del Consultorio Jurídico, lo que permitió obtener perspectivas valiosas sobre las fortalezas, debilidades, aspiraciones y expectativas relacionadas con la asignatura. A partir del análisis de la información recopilada, se formuló una propuesta de reforma que busca mejorar la calidad y pertinencia del plan de estudios de Consultorio Jurídico I, alineándolo con las actuales prácticas educativas y las necesidades de la comunidad jurídica. Esta propuesta se fundamenta en las perspectivas y aspiraciones de los diferentes actores involucrados en la enseñanza y práctica del derecho, la legislación vigente para los consultorios jurídicos y el perfil del egresado del programa de derecho de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con el objetivo de fortalecer la formación académica y profesional de los estudiantes y promover una mayor integración entre la teoría y la práctica jurídica.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present undergraduate thesis focuses on proposing a reform to the curriculum of the Legal Clinic I subject, in response to identified needs within the context of legal education. To achieve this goal, an exhaustive study of trends in the law program at both international and national levels was conducted, in order to understand current standards and practices in legal education. Additionally, interviews were conducted with directors, teachers, and students of the Legal Clinic, which allowed for valuable insights into the strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, and expectations related to the subject. Based on the analysis of the gathered information, a reform proposal was formulated to enhance the quality and relevance of the Legal Clinic I curriculum, aligning it with current educational practices and the needs of the legal community. This proposal is grounded in the perspectives and aspirations of the different stakeholders involved in the teaching and practice of law, the current legislation for legal clinics, and the profile of graduates from the law program at the Industrial University of Santander, with the aim of strengthening the academic and professional training of students and promoting greater integration between legal theory and practice.
