dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se ha puesto como objetivo acercarse a la experiencia de lo absurdo, desde una mirada de la filosofía y la literatura. En un primer momento, se hace un recorrido historicista acerca de la búsqueda de los temas característicos que relacionan las disciplinas. El estudio se centra en dos obras principales: <<El mito de Sísifo>>, del filósofo francés Albert Camus, en donde analiza, por medio de un lenguaje filosófico literario, la concepción del sentimiento y la noción de lo absurdo. Este proceso encuentra un movimiento a través de la conciencia que le permite caracterizar la absurdidad en el mundo. De este modo, se van explicando las posibles soluciones, luego del encuentro con la absurdidad de la vida, el suicidio, la evasión, la rebelión, y el ansia de libertad por parte del actuar humano. Seguidamente, se propone una lectura crítica de la novela <<El extranjero>> escrito por el mismo autor. A su vez, en esta pieza literaria se encuentra el complemento literario de lo absurdo del sinsentido de la vida en el personaje central de la novela: Meursault. Al cabo de esto, la lectura compartida de las obras se ajustan, perfectamente, a la traducción del postulado de lo absurdo que se trabaja inicialmente. Cabe señalar, que la vida y obra de Camus se nutre de la adversidad de la segunda guerra mundial, lo que deja claro, la influencia implacable de su legado. Es así, como se le ve a este escritor como uno de los más grandes intelectuales del siglo XX que hicieron visible cada experiencia vivida del terror de una guerra que no parecía tener fin. Por esto, se le debe leer como un escritor íntegro que incita a la reflexión de una época negada a la razón
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this text is to approach the experience of the absurd from an outlook of philosophy and literature. As a first moment, there is a historic tour about the searching of the distinctive topics related to those disciplines. This study is focused on two major literary works: <> by the French philosopher Albert Camus, in which he analyzes through a literary-philosophical language the conception of the feeling of the absurd. This process finds a movement through consciousness which allows it to characterize the absurdity in the world. Thereby, the possible solutions after the meeting with the absurdity of life, suicide, escape, rebellión, and the desire for freedom by human action; are explained. Later on, there is a critical reading of the novel <> written by the same author. Likewise, in this literary work there exists the literary complement of the absurdity of the meaningless of life, in the main character, Meursault. Then, the shared readings of the works adjust perfectly to the translation of the postulate of the absurd that is initially proposed. It is necessary to highlight that, life and work of Camus thrives on the adversity of the World War II, which shows clearly the implacable influence of his legacy. Thus, he is seen as one of the greatest intellectuals of the twentieth century who made visible each lived experience of the horror of an endless war. That is why Camus must be read as a complete and integral writer that incites to the reflection of a time that was denied to the reason.
