dc.description.abstractLa práctica jurídico social se realizó en la oficina de la Dirección Administrativa y Financiera adscrita a la Secretaría de Educación de la Gobernación de Santander, y su principal objetivo fue ofrecer apoyo jurídico en el manejo de los expedientes de fallos de tutela vinculados a esta dirección junto con la respuesta a los derechos de petición recibidos en este despacho, garantizando respecto de los últimos mencionados, los términos establecidos en la ley 1755 de 2015 para dar la respuesta a cada petición elevada a esta división, igualmente, garantizar la protección de los derechos fundamentales protegidos por el Juez de la República en cada uno de los fallos de tutela que están bajo la supervisión de esta dirección, por medio de las gestiones que le compete realizar a esta oficina encaminadas al cumplimiento de estas providencias judiciales, para de tal forma, salvaguardar la especial protección otorgada por la Constitución Política a los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos colombianos y el mecanismo constitucional de la acción de tutela como el medio primordial para su protección. Así mismo, el desarrollo de la práctica se centró en la elaboración de nuevos formatos documentales que permitieran el análisis completo y ágil de los expedientes de fallos de tutela garantizando de tal forma, el desarrollo diligente de las gestiones necesarias para el cumplimento del fallo por parte de la Dirección Administrativa y Financiera de la Secretaría de Educación de Santander de conformidad a las leyes colombianas y pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional. Lo anterior, se realizó por medio de las actividades ejecutadas durante los cuatro meses de la práctica de conformidad a los objetivos planteados al inicio de la misma, permitiendo un acercamiento profesional para afianzar los conocimientos y habilidades adquiridas en el pregrado en las áreas primordialmente del derecho constitucional y derecho administrativo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe social legal practice was carried out in the office of the Administrative and Financial Direction attached to the Secretariat of Education of the Government of Santander, and its main objective was to offer legal support in the handling of the records of tutela judgments linked to this Direction together with the response to the rights of petition received in this office, guaranteeing respect to the last mentioned, the terms established in law 1755 of 2015 to give the answer to each request raised to this division, also, to guarantee the protection of fundamental rights protected by the judge of the republic in each and one of the tutela decisions that are under the supervision of this direction, through the efforts that this office is responsible for making to carry out these judicial measures, in order to safeguard the special protection granted by the Political Constitution to the fundamental rights of the Colombian citizens and the constitutional mechanism of the tutela action as the primary means for their protection. Likewise, the development of the social legal practice was focused on the preparation of new documentary formats that would allow the complete and agile analysis of the records of tutela decisions guaranteeing in this way, the diligent development of the necessary steps to comply with the decision by the Administrative and Financial Department of the Ministry of Education of Santander in accordance with Colombian laws and pronouncements of the Constitutional Court. The aforementioned, through the activities carried out during the four months of the practice were carried out in accordance with the objectives set at the beginning of the same, allowing a professional approach to strengthen the knowledge and skills acquired in the undergraduate primarily in the areas of constitutional law and administrative law.
