dc.description.abstractEn este proyecto de práctica profesional se analizaron los problemas que presentan las familias y las pautas de crianza que están influyendo en el crecimiento y desarrollo de niños y niñas que viven en el Centro de Reclusión de Mujeres de Bucaramanga (CRMB), por inadecuado cumplimiento del rol Materno. La intervención se enmarca teóricamente en planteamientos de los sistemas haciendo referencia a la familia e individuos, complementándose con la teoría de roles y de comunicación enfatizando en los elementos y conceptos sobre resiliencia necesarios para fomentar un clima de resistencia, esperanza y amor que motive la estadía en el centro de resocialización, al mismo tiempo que capacita a las mujeres, en promoción del buen trato pretendiendo dar respuesta a las necesidades de afecto de niños, niñas y mujeres que conviven en el CRMB. Marco referenciado desde una perspectiva humanista por autores como Maslow, Sistémica con Von Bertalanffy y la corriente de Resiliencia originada por Werner entre otros. Cuya finalidad es la autorrealización personal La metodología que se utilizó fue reflexiva, dinámica y participativa guiada por instrumentos del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y se desarrolló en cuatro fases: Contextualización y Ubicación, Diagnostico Participativo, Proceso de Atención-formaciónOrientación, Evaluación Final y Socialización. De la intervención profesional se logra concluir la necesidad de un diálogo interinstitucional entre el ICBF y el INPEC, que facilite la atención adecuada a niños, niñas, mujeres gestantes y lactantes en pro de mejorar la convivencia y dinámica familiar. La vulnerabilidad de esta población esta alcanzando niveles altos por cuanto hay desamparo institucional y estatal para la satisfacción de las necesidades de cuidado y trato especial.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this project of professional practice the problems were analyzed for the handling from the conflicts to the interior of the families and the rules of upbringing that are influencing in the growth and children's development and girls that live in the Center of Re-socialization of Women of Bucaramanga (CRMB), for inadequate execution of the Maternal list. Their theoretical basic are framed in the positions it has more than enough family, individual, systems, lists and communication emphasizing in the elements and concepts it has more than enough necessary resilience to foment a resistance climate, at the same time that it enables the women, in promotion of the good treatment seeking to give answer to the necessities of children's affection, girls and women that cohabit in CRMB. Frame indexed from a humanist perspective by authors like Maslow, Systemic with Von Bertalanffy and the current of Resilience originated among other by Werner. Whose purpose is the personal auto-realization integrating all the aspects of the environment that influence and they motivate the human being. It is necessary to motivate the search of factors and positive aspects that give to the interns of the Center of Re-socialization of Women of Bucaramanga, alternatives for the attainment and formation of families in healthy atmospheres that promote the integral development of all and each one of their members. The methodology that was used was reflexive, dynamics and participatory guided by instruments of the Colombian Institute of Family Well-being and it was developed in four phases: Contextualization and Location, I Diagnose, Process of Attentionformation-orientation, Final Evaluation and Socialization. Of the professional intervention it is possible to conclude the necessity of an I dialogue inter-institutional among ICBF and INPEC that it facilitates the appropriate attention to boy, girls, gestating women and nurslings in pro of improving the coexistence and family dynamics
