dc.description.abstract	Descripción: El presente informe describe el desarrollo e implementación de herramientas tecnológicas para la optimización de procesos en el campo de la ingeniería civil. Con el equipo de trabajo delegado a las funciones contables, se diseñó una base de datos a partir de la recopilación de cotizaciones efectuadas para el proyecto. Con estos datos, se desarrolla un plan de manejo de compras estratégico el cual considera las variables críticas que pueden influir en el atraso, sobrecosto y la no disponibilidad de los materiales para el proyecto. Que en concordancia con la programación de actividades a realizar en obra debe mantenerse actualizado. Así mismo, en conjunto se implementó una elaboración al detalle de análisis de precios unitarios. Con el objetivo de asegurar los costos sobre el proyecto, reduciendo errores y mejorar la gestión de los recursos de la empresa. Para concluir, se socializa el manejo del plan de compras desarrollado y la forma de actualización y cumplimiento para futuros proyectos, haciendo uso de denominados softwares management (Excel y Microsoft Proyect), dicho plan desarrollado debe ser actualizado y concordante con la programación de obra para cumplir con las actividades a desarrollar. Además, esta programación nos permite evaluar el funcionamiento y cumplimiento del plan de compras al desarrollar la actividad en el tiempo establecido. Evidenciando la mejora de la eficiencia en el proyecto. En el desarrollo de la práctica, se fortalecieron habilidades fundamentales en la gestión y manejo de proyectos en el campo de las obras civiles, dando así un logro en los objetivos propuestos en la elaboración de este informe. Dichas habilidades cruciales en el contexto, donde la eficacia y precisión aseguran el éxito, el progreso de las obras y crecimiento de las empresas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Description: This report describes the development and implementation of technological tools for process optimization in the field of civil engineering. With the work team delegated to the accounting functions, a database was designed based on the collection of quotes made for the project. With this data, a strategic purchasing management plan is developed which considers the critical variables that can influence delays, cost overruns and the unavailability of materials for the project. That in accordance with the programming of activities to be carried out on site, it must be kept updated. Likewise, a detailed analysis of unit prices was implemented together. With the aim of ensuring costs on the project, reducing errors and improving the management of the company's resources. To conclude, the management of the developed purchasing plan and the form of updating and compliance for future projects are socialized, using so-called management software (Excel and Microsoft Project), said developed plan must be updated and consistent with the work schedule for fulfill the activities to be developed. In addition, this programming allows us to evaluate the operation and compliance of the purchasing plan by carrying out the activity within the established time. Demonstrating the improvement of efficiency in the project. In the development of the practice, fundamental skills in project management and management in the field of civil works were strengthened, thus achieving the objectives proposed in the preparation of this report. These crucial skills in the context, where efficiency and precision ensure success, progress of works and growth of companies.
