dc.description.abstractEn el contexto actual los avances tecnológicos, la utilización de nuevas herramientas y la importancia que ha tomado el aporte del recurso humano en las organizaciones llevan a que los esfuerzos organizacionales se determinan dentro del uso de estrategias y políticas que contribuyan a priorizar cada vez mas la administración enfocada hacia el desarrollo y crecimiento personal de los trabajadores. En el presente trabajo de grado se describe la experiencia del proceso de prácticas por parte de una estudiante de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) ene. Club Campestre de Bucaramanga S.A. El proceso de intervención profesional se enmarca dentro del objetivo de. Las teorías que sustentaron el proceso de intervención profesional y que facilitaron el surgimiento de la propuesta de la salud Ocupacional como estrategia de intervención de los Objetivos, fueron la Teoría Xfl y Yfl, la teoría de sistemas y la teoría del Desarrollo humano en la Organización, sobre las cuales se desplegaron los objetivos de conservación y desarrollo del talento humano y la propuesta para establecer procesos que tiendan a mejorar las condiciones de trabajo, salud y bienestar, de los funcionarios del Club Campestre.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the current context, the technological advances, the use of new tools and the importance that the human resource has taken in the organizations; lead to that organizational efforts be determined within the use of strategies and policies which contribute to give priority more the administration focused on the workers' personal development and growing. In the present graduation project it is described the experience of the practical process on the part of a student of Social Work of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) and the Club Campestre de Bucaramanga S.A. The process of professional intervention is focused on the objective of. The theories that supported the process of professional intervention and which made easier the arising of the proposal of Occupational Health as strategy of intervention of the objectives, were the Theory Xfl and Yfl, the theory of systems and the theory of Human Development in the Organization, on which it was arisen the objectives of conservation and development of the human talent and the proposal to establish processes that improve the employees' work, health and wellbeing conditions in the Cub Campestre.
