dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo abarca la desigualdad social que ha sido objeto de estudio desde diferentes perspectivas filosóficas, que incluyen los estudios de género, raciales, entre otros. Con el fin de analizar cómo opera el concepto de otredad en la pluralidad cultural desde Luis Villoro, y con ello, proponer una mirada más amplia centrada en la pluralidad cultural. Por tanto, primero hace referencia a la otredad, que ha sido objeto de estudio filosófico aproximadamente desde el siglo XVI en los inicios de la modernidad. Partiendo de tres visiones dominantes: El otro como un ser diferente que posibilita mi existencia, el otro como un ser superior y el otro como un ser inferior. Lo anterior, para dar paso a la visión del otro desde Luis Villoro. Seguidamente, la identificación de la pluralidad cultural que es una realidad social limitada, ignorada y concebida como un fenómeno raro que se encuentra fuera del orden desde la visión occidental. Y finalmente, la relación entre otredad y pluralidad cultural como realidades individuales y sociales que han existido por mucho tiempo, pese al intento de hegemonizar toda sociedad desde la visión eurocéntrica planteada en la modernidad, con el fin de, brindar condiciones de vida óptimas y dignas para cada persona desde de su diversidad, al mismo tiempo que cada uno pueda desarrollar su proyecto de vida acorde a sus necesidades.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper covers the social inequality that has been the subject of study from different philosophical perspectives, including gender and racial studies, among others. In order to analyze how the concept of otherness operates in cultural plurality from Luis Villoro's point of view, and with this, to propose a broader view focused on cultural plurality. Therefore, he first refers to otherness, which has been the object of philosophical study since approximately the sixteenth century at the beginning of modernity. Starting from three dominant visions: The other as a different being that makes my existence possible, the other as a superior being and the other as an inferior being. The above, to give way to the vision of the other from Luis Villoro. Next, the identification of cultural plurality, which is a limited social reality, ignored and conceived as a rare phenomenon that is out of order from the western vision. And finally, the relationship between otherness and cultural plurality as individual and social realities that have existed for a long time, despite the attempt to hegemonize all society from the Eurocentric vision of modernity, in order to provide optimal and dignified living conditions for each person from their diversity, at the same time that everyone can develop their life project according to their needs.
