dc.description.abstractEl “LIQUIDADOR ESPECIALIZADO EXPRÉS UIS” es un programa realizado con el fin apoyar la función social que cumple el Consultorio Jurídico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, respondiendo a los más altos sistemas de calidad y al desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías, con el fin de brindar un mejor servicio a la comunidad; su aporte se basa en adaptar los mecanismos jurídicos consistentes en la elaboración de liquidaciones de prestaciones sociales y vacaciones en una plataforma informática al servicio de los beneficiarios del Consultorio Jurídico, estos recibirán una liquidación confiable, verídica y rápida; junto con el apoyo jurídico aprendido en la academia, el cual justifica ser miembro activo del consultorio jurídico, por tal razón el estudiante deberá realizar el procedimiento de asesoría jurídica completo, el cual inicia con la atención del beneficiario, continua con el registro de datos en el sistema de Control y Seguimiento (CYSAC), (es la plataforma de información del Consultorio Jurídico), se tiene presente los hechos narrados por el beneficiario para que el estudiante opte por una posición jurídica que responda a la solución del problema jurídico que presenta el beneficiario, analizando si el asunto es o no conciliable ,para determinar si se adelanta o no el trámite extraprocesal.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe " LIQUIDADOR ESPECIALIZADO EXPRÉS UIS " it is a program realised with the end support the social function that fulfils the legal Clinic of the Industrial University of Santander, answering to the highest systems of quality and to the development of the new technologies, With the end to offer a better service to the community; his contribution bases in adapting the consistent juridical mechanisms in the preparation of settlements of social provision and holidays in a computer platform to the service of the beneficiaries of the legal Clinic, These will receive a reliable settlement, true and fast; together with the juridical support learnt in the academy, which justifies to be an active member of the legal office, by such reason the student will have to realise the procedure of complete legal advice, which initiates with the attention of the beneficiary, Continuous with the register of data in the system of Control and Follow-up (CYSAC), (is the platform of information of the legal Clinic, It has present the facts narrated by the beneficiary so that the student opt by a juridical position that answer to the solution of the juridical problem that presents the beneficiary, analysing if the subject is or not conciliation ,to determine if it advances or no the formality extraprocedural.
