dc.description.abstractLa contaminación causada por los desechos de plástico a nivel mundial va en aumento debido al constante consumo de productos en material plástico PET, a partir de este documento se pretende aportar a la preservación del medio ambiente, usando el reciclaje de dichos productos plásticos en la producción de tejas plásticas. En consecuencia, este proyecto tiene como finalidad presentar un plan de negocios para la producción y comercialización de tejas plásticas a base de material reciclado, analizando los aspectos legales, organizacionales, financieros y socio ambientales. La innovación y concientización son las estrategias claves para el éxito de la empresa y su posicionamiento en el mercado, basándose en el talento humano y los recursos legales en cuanto a legislación ambiental, se hace posible que la puesta en marcha de la empresa sea factible y viable para inversionistas y para la comunidad en general. La metodología utilizada en este proyecto inicia con la formulación de objetivos y la justificación donde se exponen los argumentos fundamentales para el desarrollo de esta idea de negocio, después se realiza el análisis del entorno y del mercado objetivo, el análisis organizacional, legal y ambiental y, por último, el análisis financiero que permita determinar la factibilidad de crear la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe pollution caused by plastic waste worldwide is increasing due to the constant consumption of PET plastic products, from this document is intended to contribute to the preservation of the environment, using the recycling of these plastic products in production of plastic tiles. Consequently, this project aims to present a business plan for the production and commercialization of plastic tiles based on recycled material, analyzing the legal, organizational, financial and socio-environmental aspects. Innovation and awareness are the key strategies for the success of the company and its positioning in the market, based on human talent and legal resources in terms of environmental legislation, it is possible that the start-up of the company is feasible and viable for investors and for the community in general. The methodology used in this project starts with the formulation of objectives and the justification where the fundamental arguments for the development of this business idea are exposed, then the analysis of the environment and the target market, the organizational, legal and environmental analysis is made, finally, the financial analysis that allows to determine the feasibility of creating the company.
