dc.description.abstractLas mujeres víctimas de violencia en Colombia padecen diversas secuelas tras las agresiones sufridas en diferentes momentos de sus vidas. Algunos casos de mujeres víctimas requieren de protección especial por la amenaza permanente en contra de su vida, en estas circunstancias, las mujeres son acogidas como pacientes en centros médicos, fundaciones o Asociaciones como es el caso de AMIR. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo, determinar las herramientas que contribuyan al empoderamiento de las integrantes de la Asociación de mujeres integradas de Santander (AMIR), con el propósito de aportar en la autonomía, protección de sus derechos y el no retorno al refugio. La metodología empleada fue Mixta. Se enmarca en la investigación acción. Desde lo cuantitativo se realizó un análisis de carácter descriptivo, con fuentes secundarias dadas por la Asociación y desde lo cualitativo se abordó una secuencia didáctica, con una muestra no probabilística de mujeres que habitaban en el refugio, al momento del estudio. Desde la perspectiva de los derechos humanos, con este estudio, se pudo vislumbrar que existe un amplio número de derechos que se quebrantan a las mujeres víctimas de la violencia. Además, mediante la secuencia didáctica se pudo demostrar que las mujeres no son capaces de identificar los derechos que les han sido violados, desconocen las implicaciones en su salud física y mental, se les dificulta interactuar en grupos y equivocadamente responden al sometimiento de su agresor. Con cada una de las actividades se puedo generar un cambio consciente, fomentando la autoafirmación, la valoración y la priorización de la participación de la mujer en diferentes ámbitos. Finalmente, se consolidó el proyecto, como una estructura psicopedagógica flexible que puede ser aplicada en cualquier población con problemas relacionados a la violencia contra las mujeres.
dc.description.abstractenglishWomen victims of violence in Colombia suffer various consequences after the attacks suffered at different times in their lives. Some cases of female victims require special protection due to the permanent threat against their life, in these circumstances, women are welcomed as patients in medical centers, foundations or Associations such as AMIR. The objective of this study was to determine the tools that contribute to the empowerment of the members of the Santander Integrated Women's Association (AMIR), with the purpose of contributing to autonomy, protection of their rights and the non-return to refuge. The methodology used was Mixed. It is part of action research. From the quantitative point of view, a descriptive analysis was carried out, with secondary sources given by the Association and from the qualitative point of view, a didactic sequence was approached, with a non-probabilistic sample of women who lived in the shelter, at the time of the study. From the perspective of human rights, with this study, it was possible to glimpse that there are a large number of rights that are violated for women victims of violence. In addition, through the didactic sequence it was possible to demonstrate that women are not capable of identifying the rights that have been violated, they are unaware of the implications for their physical and mental health, it is difficult for them to interact in groups and they mistakenly respond to the subjection of their aggressor. With each of the activities, a conscious change can be generated, promoting self-affirmation, valuation and prioritization of women's participation in different areas. Finally, the project was consolidated as a flexible psychopedagogical structure that can be applied in any population with problems related to violence against women.
