dc.description.abstractLa necesidad de implementar en las organizaciones una mejora del rendimiento y de la competitividad, hace que se incorporen nuevos procedimientos en lo relacionado a la seguridad y salud ocupacional. Es así como se constituyeron nuevas formas de salvaguardar a los trabajadores mediante la normativa OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) publicada durante el segundo semestre de 1999, y actualizada en el año 2007, trayendo consigo una serie de prevenciones, adaptables a cualquier empresa que quiera efectuarla, independiente de su dimensión, condición social o cultural. Esta normativa entrega a la empresa el compromiso de certificar el mejoramiento de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo, para luego obtener la constancia correspondiente con la cual demostrará que no está exenta a dichos riesgos que la afecta. En la industria Petrolera, específicamente en el CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO, en lo que se refiere a la seguridad de los trabajadores, se han encontrado áreas con mayor riesgo o accidentabilidad, por tratarse de una empresa en la que se desarrolla diversos tipos de trabajos mecánicos y además de la utilización de productos químicos que atentan con la integridad personal. Este proyecto contempla el diseño y la implementación de los numerales 4.4.6, 4.4.7. 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.5.3, 4.5.4, 4.5.5 en el CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO, tomando como guía La Norma actualizada OHSAS 18001:2007 y basados en la legislación vigente que contempla La GUIA TECNICA COLOMBIANA GTC 45.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe need to implement in organizations improved performance and competitiveness, makes incorporating new procedures as it relates to safety and occupational health. Thus was formed new ways to safeguard workers by the standards OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) published during the second half of 1999 and updated in 2007, bringing with them a series of warnings, adaptable to any company that wants to perform, regardless of their size, social or cultural. This legislation gives the company's commitment to certify the improvement of health and safety at work, and then obtain the relevant evidence with which demonstrate that it is not without risks to those that affect. In the oil industry, specifically in the CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO, in terms of safety, have been found areas with higher risk or accident, as a company which develops various types of mechanical work and besides the use of chemicals that threaten the personal integrity. This project involves the design and implementation of paragraphs 4.4.6, 4.4.7. 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.5.3, 4.5.4, 4.5.5 at the CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO, taking as its guide updated Standard OHSAS 18001:2007 and based on existing legislation that provides the GUIA TECNICA COLOMBIANA GTC 45.
