dc.description.abstractDebido a los cambios en los planes de estudio de las carreras de ingeniería eléctrica y de ingeniería electrónica, los estudiantes no cuentan con guías que describan los procedimientos a realizar en el laboratorio de máquinas eléctricas. Esta situación hace que el tiempo y los recursos destinados para el desarrollo de las prácticas no sean aprovechados de manera óptima. Teniendo en cuenta esta problemática, en este trabajo de grado se presenta un análisis de los procedimientos de prueba recomendados por la IEEE para la realización de pruebas a cada uno de los diferentes tipos de máquinas eléctricas y se hace especial énfasis en aquellos que se pueden realizar en el laboratorio de máquinas eléctricas de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, considerando los equipos con que se cuenta en las instalaciones del mismo. A partir de este análisis se propone un conjunto de guías de laboratorio, en ellas se dan recomendaciones para la preparación previa, el desarrollo de la práctica y posteriores análisis de los procedimientos realizados. Al final del documento se presentan las conclusiones y algunas recomendaciones de seguridad aplicables al desarrollo de prácticas en las instalaciones del laboratorio de máquinas eléctricas. Se espera que este trabajo sirva como herramienta para el aprendizaje de los conceptos fundamentales de las máquinas eléctricas.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the changes in the curriculum of the electrical engineering and electronic engineering, the students do not have guides who describe the procedures to realize in the laboratory of electrical machines. This situation does that the time and the resources destined for the development of the practices are not used of optimal way. Considering this problematic one, this document contains an analysis of the procedures of test recommended by the IEEE for the accomplishment of tests to each one of the different types of electrical machines and special emphasis becomes in which they are possible to be realized in the laboratory of electrical machines of the Industrial University of Santander, considering the equipment whereupon it is counted in the facilities of the laboratory of electrical machines. From this analysis we made a set of laboratory guide, in them we offered recommendations for the previous preparation, the development of the practice and later analyzes of the realized procedures. At the end of the document are the conclusions and we offer some recommendations of security applicable to the development of practices in the facilities of the laboratory of electrical machines. It is expected that this work serves like a tool for the learning of the fundamental concepts of the electrical machines.
