dc.description.abstractEn el proceso de integrar y acercar todos los barrios y comunidades de la ciudad de Bucaramanga es necesario un sistema integrado de transporte masivo para la ciudad. Por esta razón, se genera la idea de modelar y analizar la capacidad portante para el posible tramo del cable línea Plaza Guarín -Morrorrico, siendo este tramo sólo un segmento de la súper estructura de transporte aéreo a la que se quiere llegar en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (AMB). Adicionalmente, se realizó una revisión y depuración de los estudios de suelos presentes en las áreas donde se quieren construir las estaciones del cable línea. Posteriormente, con la información recopilada y la selección de las ecuaciones teórico-prácticas se llevó a cabo el análisis de la capacidad portante del suelo en las dos estaciones teniendo presente como elementos de cimentación las zapatas aisladas y pilotes según el caso. Una vez terminado el análisis teórico, se realizó el modelado mediante el programa PLAXIS 2D para las dos estaciones. Finalizando con unos análisis de resultados y diagramas comparativos de los valores teóricos frente a aquéllos obtenidos mediante el software que reflejan algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones ligadas a la geometría y capacidad portante de los elementos de cimentación. *
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the process of integrating and bringing together all the neighborhoods and communities of the city of Bucaramanga, an integrated mass transit system for the city is necessary. For this reason, the idea of modeling and analyzing the bearing capacity for the possible stretch of the Plaza Guarín-Mororrico cable line is generated, this section being just a segment of the super air transport structure that is to be reached in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (AMB). Additionally, a revision and purification of the soil studies present in the areas where the stations of the cable line are to be built. Subsequently, with the collected information and the selection of the theoretical-practical equations, the analysis of the bearing capacity of the soil in the two stations was carried out in a theoretical manner, having in mind as foundations elements the isolated footings and piles according to the case. Once the theoretical analysis was finished, modeling was carried out using the PLAXIS 2D program for the two stations. Finishing with some statistical analysis and comparative diagrams of the theoretical results versus those obtained by the software that will reflect some conclusions and recommendations related to the geometry and bearing capacity of the foundation elements. *
