| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto fue elaborar un programa que pueda servir como complemento a la producción en la industria Agroince Ltda. y Cía. S.C.A. y como soporte al mantenimiento de la maquinaria, al igual que informe a la dirección sobre la gestión llevada a cabo por el departamento de mantenimiento de la empresa. El estudio inicia con un análisis realizado sobre la sección de mantenimiento de la empresa y con una descripción detallada del proceso productivo y la maquinaria empleada, Después se califican los equipos para conocer el estado actual y las acciones a efectuar. Posteriormente se trabaja sobre el índice de criticidad en las máquinas y se traza el programa de actividades para cada uno de los equipos. Por último se describe la programación de un Sistema de Información, mostrando los diagramas lógicos, trazados para cada una de las secciones incluidas en el sistema y la funcionalidad de cada módulo desarrollado en el programa, que implementa las bases de datos obtenidas a partir de esta disertación y fundamentado en la práctica de un mantenimiento moderno que brinde al departamento la utilidad de conocer a tiempo sus operaciones a realizar, con el fin de ordenar, controlar y evaluar las operaciones de mantenimiento. El resultado es un software de fácil manejo que permite atender una amplia variedad de problemas concernientes al Mantenimiento de equipos en forma rápida, presentando la información y los resultados en un formato claro de fácil interpretación. Estas características hacen del Sistema una herramienta útil para la empresa Agroince Ltda. y Cía. S.C.A. ya que enmarca en un nuevo nivel la producción a partir de la confiabilidad obtenida por la atención debida a la maquinaria | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project was to elaborate a program that it can serve like complement to the production in the industry Agroince Ltd. and Co. S.C.A. and like support to the maintenance of the machinery, the same as it informs to the management on the administration carried out by the department of maintenance of the company. The study begins with an analysis carried out on the section of maintenance of the company and with a detailed description of the productive process and the used machinery, Later the equipments are qualified to know the current state and the actions to make. Later on one works on the index of critical in the machines and the program of activities is traced for each one of the equipments. Lastly the programming of a System of Information is described, showing the logical diagrams, layouts for each one of the sections included in the system and the functionality of each module developed in the program that implements the databases obtained starting from this dissertation and based in the practice of a modern maintenance that offers to the department the utility of knowing its operations on time to carry out, with the purpose of ordering, to control and to evaluate the maintenance operations. The result is software of easy handling that allows assisting a wide variety of concerning problems to the Maintenance of teams in quick form, presenting the information and the reports in a clear format of easy interpretation. These characteristics make of the System an useful tool for the company Agroince Ltd. and Co.
