dc.description.abstractLa elaboración de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo, se presenta como una solución a los problemas de la empresa POLINORT S.A.S., la cual está dedicada a la producción de empaques flexibles de diferentes tamaños y tonalidades, haciendo su distribución en ciudad como Barranquilla, Bogotá y Cúcuta, entregando el mejor servicio a sus clientes. Este proyecto inicia con la recopilando información, realizando una auditoria para la efectividad del mantenimiento, efectuando una encuesta al personal de la empresa, en donde se identifica cuáles son las áreas involucradas en el mantenimiento que presentan falencias, posteriormente, se realiza un Pareto y una matriz de criticidad para identificar las maquinas críticas sobre las cuales se va a desarrollar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo, también, se obtuvieron las piezas de repuesto de la maquinas críticas para el stock de POLINORT S.A.S. A continuación, se realiza una codificación a todos los equipos del área de producción de la planta el cual muestra información del área donde se encuentra ubicada la máquina, el nombre de la máquina y un número consecutivo de la máquina. Además, se crearon fichas de lubricación, inspección, limpieza y cambio de piezas, en las cuales se registran las actividades y la frecuencia con la que se realizan esas actividades. Por último, se muestra el diseño de un sistema de información soportado en herramientas ofimáticas, el cual se integrará en el software SAIM para el manejo de datos de los equipos de la empresa POLINORT S.A.S.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of a preventive maintenance plan is presented as a solution to the problems of the company POLINORT SAS, which is dedicated to the production of flexible packaging of different sizes and shades, making its distribution in the city of Barranquilla, Bogotá and Cucuta, offering the best service to its customers. This project begins with the collection of information, performing an audit for the effectiveness of the maintenance, carrying out a survey of the company's personnel, where the areas involved in maintenance that have flaws are identified, later, a Pareto and a criticality matrix to identify critical machines on which the preventive maintenance plan is going to be developed, also, the spare parts of the critical machines were obtained for the stock of POLINORT SAS. Then a codification is made to all the equipment of the production area of the plant which shows information of the area where the machine is located, the name of the machine and a consecutive number of the machine. In addition, lubrication, inspection, cleaning and parts change sheets were created, in which the activities are registered and the frequency with which those tasks are carried out. Finally, the design of an information system supported by office tools is shown, which will be integrated into the SAIM software for data management of the equipment of the company POLINORT S.A.S.
