dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto surge de la necesidad de crear un espacio para promover el empleo en las personas de la tercera edad, ya que en las sociedades post industriales una persona anciana o un trabajador mayor, es visto cada vez más como alguien que no puede aspirar a tener un empleo, y el cual debe dar paso a la renovación de la fuerza de trabajo. El tamaño promedio del mercado es el de cubrir para bolsos es de por lo menos del 40.3% y para correas del 25.9%. El estudio de mercados indica que el 89.32% de las mujeres estarían dispuestas a comprar los bolsos y correas tejidos a mano en fique, lo cual favorece de manera significativa el proyecto, La capacidad diseñada es de 23.040 horas al año para bolsos y 11.520 horas para correas, correspondientes a 5.760 bolsos y correas. La capacidad instalada es de 22.991 horas al año para bolsos y 11.496 horas para correas, correspondientes a 5.748 bolsos y correas y la capacidad utilizada es de 18.392 horas al año para bolsos y 9.196 horas para correas, correspondientes a 4.598 bolsos y correas, con una participación del 80% durante el primer año y un crecimiento del 2% anual. La inversión total del proyecto es de $37,665,053, se pretende cubrir con aportes Sociales $26.365.537, y el resto acudiendo a un crédito financiero. El análisis financiero deja ver que el punto de equilibrio será cuando venda 8.884 unidades entre bolsos y correas equivalentes a $211.707.242. Al evaluar el proyecto económica y financieramente, se tiene que ofrece una TIR del 67.21%, la TVR es del 48.31%, la relación beneficio / costo es de 1.10 y el VPN es de $70, 664,902, se tiene que viable, lo mismo que el hecho de ser social y ambientalmente factible.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present project arises of the necessity of creating a space to promote the employment in people of the third age, since in the societies post industrial an old person or a bigger worker, it is seen more and more as somebody that cannot aspire to have an employment, and which should open the way to the renovation of the work force. The size average of the market is the one of covering for handbags it is of at least of 40.3% and it stops belts of 25.9%. The study of markets indicates that 89.32% of the women would be willing to buy the handbags and belts knitted by hand in fique, that which favors in a significant way the project. The designed capacity is from 23.040 hours to year for handbags and 11.520 hours for belts, corresponding to 5.760 handbags and belts. The installed capacity is from 22.991 hours to year for handbags and 11.496 hours for belts, corresponding to 5.748 handbags and belts and the used capacity is from 18.392 hours to year for handbags and 9.196 hours for belts, corresponding to 4.598 handbags and belts, with a participation of 80% during the first year and a growth of 2% yearly. The total investment of the project is of $37,665,053, he/she seeks to cover with Social contributions $26.365.537, and the rest going to a financial credit. The financial analysis allows to see that the balance point will be when it blindfolds 8.884 units between handbags and equivalent belts at $211.707.242. When evaluating the economic project and financially, one has that a TIR of 67.21%, the TVR offers it is of 48.31%, the relationship benefit / cost is of 1.10 and the VPN it is of $70,664,902, one has that viable, the same thing that the fact of being social and environmentally feasible.
