dc.description.abstractBarrancabermeja es una ciudad que ha tenido un crecimiento demográfico, que demanda diariamente bienes y servicios. Esta investigación se refiere a la carne de camuro, que por sus niveles proteínicos y el aumento de su consumo en los últimos años, la convierte en una oportunidad de negocios. Este producto es traído de municipios aledaños como son Yarima, Yondó o de Bucaramanga Generar un conocimiento detallado de las condiciones tecnológicas, biofísicas, financieras y productivas en que se operan las actividades agropecuarias y agroindustriales identificando potencialidades y limitantes con enfoque de cadenas productivas. Igualmente es necesario contar con registros del sector a tratar, en espera que este documento no solo sea información estadística e informe de necesidades sino un informe que abrirá puertas para el mejoramiento de los habitantes. La investigación posee los estudios correspondiente en mercados: para identificar demanda, oferta, precios y comercialización con relación a la carne de camuro; en el técnico: Definir el tamaño del proyecto, la localización, la ingeniería del proyecto, los equipos que requiere el establecimiento de rebaños en una finca. Administrativamente definir el tipo de empresa, los aspectos legales y el perfil de los cargos; en el Financiero cuantificar las inversiones necesarias, así como también proyectar los ingresos y egresos para finalmente elaborar los estados financieros. Y finalmente la evaluación social, económica, ambiental y financiera para en últimas tomar la decisión de realizar la inversión en este tipo de negocios.
dc.description.abstractenglishBarrancabermeja is a city that has had a demographic growth that you/they demand goods and services daily. For this investigation he/she refers to the services of organization of social and managerial events that people for the little available time and the lack of spaces in their homes, require of companies that him of solutions the events that mark their lives, to take place like they are the first communions, the anniversaries, baptisms, birthday and in the managerial field to carry out seminars, shops, conferences among others. To generate a knowledge detailed of technological, biophysic, financial and productive the conditions in which the farming and agro-industrial activities operate identifying potentialities and limitantes with approach of productive chains. Also it is necessary to count on registries of the sector to treat, in hope that this nonsingle document is statistical information and report of necessities but a report that will open doors for the improvement of the inhabitants. The investigation possesses the corresponding studies in markets: to identify demand, it offers, prices and commercialization; in the technician: To define the size of the project, the localization, the engineering of the project, the teams that it requires the company. In the Office worker to define the company type, the legal aspects and the profile of the positions; in the Financier to quantify the necessary investments, as well as to project the revenues and expenditures for finally to elaborate the financial states. And finally the social, economic, environmental and financial evaluation stops in last to make the decision of carrying out the investment in this type of events.
