dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado expone una propuesta de investigación alrededor del proceso de gestión normativa en Instituciones de Educación Superior y su necesidad de cambio; propuesta que se plasmó con la herramienta software SIGNO 1.0, Sistema de Información Intranet que brindará a dichas instituciones y a su comunidad universitaria un medio que les permita estimular el espíritu crítico y la participación democrática en la elaboración de la documentación normativa.El desarrollo del sistema de información Intranet estuvo guiado por El Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo de Software, un marco de trabajo genérico caracterizado por tres aspectos fundamentales: Es iterativo e incremental, dirigido por casos de uso y centrado en la arquitectura. Por otra parte, para la documentación se utilizó el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML), un lenguaje estándar que permite visualizar, especificar, construir y documentar todos los elementos que componen un producto software. El sistema se realizó a lo largo de varias fases, desde la fase de inicio, donde se establecieron las características, siguiendo con la fase de elaboración que permitió definir la línea base de la arquitectura y finalizando con la fase de construcción, en la que se obtuvo la herramienta software en su versión operativa inicial. Cabe destacar del presente trabajo de grado, su adaptabilidad a cualquier Institución de Educación Superior, debido a los aspectos comunes que en Actos Administrativos poseen dichas instituciones además de la aplicación de la ingeniería de sistemas en campos, en los cuales, no solo brinda apoyo para optimizar procesos, sino promueve cambios metodológicos que aporten al desarrollo Institucional y organizacional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis proyect is proposing an investigation about the process of normative management in institutions of higher education and their need for change; this proposal formed with the software tool SIGNO 1.0, system of information intranet thah will offer to the above mentioned institutions and to their university community a way that allows them to stimulate the critical spirit and the democratic participation in the production of the normative documentation. The development of the tool was guided by The Unified Software Development Process, a generalpurpose framework featured by three main aspects: It is iterative and incremental , use-case directed, and architecture centered. On the other hand, for the documentation it was used the Unified Modeling Language (UML), an standardized language for specifying, visualizing, constructing and documenting all the artifacts composing a software product. The system was made up throughout several phases, starting with the initial phase, where all the features were established, passing by the elaboration phase, which allowed to define the architectural base line and finalizing with the construction phase, in which the first functional version of the software tool was obtained. It’s relevant to emphatize with this present proyect, its adaptability to any institution of higher education. Due to the common aspects in administrative acts these said. Institution possess, decides the aplicattion of engineering system, in which, they not only offer support to optimize processes, but promote metodological change that contribute to institutional development and organization
