dc.description.abstractEl proyecto consiste en una práctica empresarial desarrollada en la secretaría de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, en este proyecto conoceremos su organización, estructura así como la constitución de las Juntas Administradoras Locales y las Juntas de Acción Comunal, quines son los representantes de la comunidad para velar por el correcto desarrollo de las obras que realiza la Secretaría. Abordaré los procesos que se llevan a cabo con la comunidad en busca del mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos que se direccionen ya sea para las comunas o los corregimientos buscando con ellos solucionar los problemas mas importantes y de mayor impacto, mostraré dos ejemplos con toda la tramitología interna, la formulación del proyecto, las solicitudes del Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal, de las Ofertas, del Registro Presupuestal hasta la elaboración del contrato de obra, además del seguimiento fotográfico y visitas realizadas durante su ejecución, culminación y acta de recibo final de obra. Como aporte dejo un folleto con el resumen de lo que considero son los elementos de la ley 80 y el decreto 2170 que se trabajan día a día en el desarrollo de la práctica en la Secretaría, les recomiendo a los futuros estudiantes que traten de trabajar en las diferentes áreas o secciones internas como son vías, parques y zonas recreativas, andenes y zonas peatonales y establecimientos educativos para adquirir un mayor conocimiento en la contratación y en especial en el análisis de precios unitarios y elaboración de presupuestos que nos servirán para el desarrollo de la actividad profesional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project consists on a managerial practice developed in the Bucaramanga Infrastructure secretary, In this project we will know the Governorship organization, its structure as well as the constitution of the Local Administrating meetings and The Meetings of Communal Action who are the representatives of the community to veil for the correct works development that Secretary carries out. I will approach the processes that are carried out with community in search of best use in the resources that are either addressed for the communes or corregimients looking for with them to solve most important problems and of more impact, I will show two examples with the whole internal procesures, project formulation, certificate readiness presupuestal solutions, of the registration presupuestal offers, the until the work contract elaboration, besides the photographic pursuit and carried out visit during their execution, culmination and records of work final receipt. As contribution accent a pamphlet with the summary of what I consider are the elements of 80 Law and 2170 drecree that are worked day by day in the practice development at the Secretary, I recommend the future students try to work in the different areas or internal sections as they are roads, parks and recreational areas, platforms and pedestrian areas and educational establishments to acquire a bigger knowledge in the recruiting and especially in the unitary prices and elaboration of budgets analysis that will be helpful for the professional activity development
