dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tuvo como propósito desarrollar un diagnóstico que da cuenta de los cambios económicos, sociales y ambientales en el Municipio de Aguazul Casanare atribuibles a la industria petrolera justificando el panorama entre los periodos 1999 a 2012, para ello, se llevó a cabo una identificación de los antecedentes como materia de análisis y construcción de línea base de los efectos de la industria, tomando como referente indicadores que fueron comparados, incluso revisando otros municipios viendo como Aguazul ha sido sujeto de grandes ingresos a nivel Departamental por concepto de regalías como consecuencia de sus dos yacimientos petroleros más representativos en el país, el incremento poblacional progresivo para la época obligo a las administraciones a realizar inversiones en infraestructura, como acueducto, alcantarillado, electrificación, colegios, hospital entre otras obras que fueron determinantes para el crecimiento del Municipio. Los ingresos del municipio han sido principalmente por concepto de transferencias por regalías y el gasto ha sido elevado, mucho más que sus ingresos tributarios percibidos relativamente bajos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis paper aims to develop a diagnostic realize economic, social and environmental changes in the municipality of Aguazul Casanare attributable to the oil industry justifies the picture from the period 1999-2012, for it was carried out an identification the background and the analysis and construction of base effects of industry, taking as reference indicators were compared line even reviewing other municipalities watching Aguazul has been the subject of great income at the Department level of royalties as a result of his two most representative oil fields in the country, the progressive population increase for the time forced the government to invest in infrastructure such as water supply, sewerage, electricity, schools, hospital and other works that were crucial to the growth of the municipality. Revenues of the municipality have been primarily from transfers of royalties and spending has been high, much more than their tax revenues received relatively low.
