dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se evalúa la factibilidad para el montaje de una empresa productora y comercializadora de Caléndula en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se plantea un estudio a través del cual se analiza y evalúa cada uno de los aspectos fundamentales, como lo son el técnico, comercial, administrativo y financiero. El trabajo presenta un capitulo de generalidades, que muestra un panorama general de las plantas aromáticas y medicinales; un capítulo de estudio de mercados, que contiene demanda efectiva, atributos del producto, canales de comercialización; un tercer capítulo, el estudio técnico, muestra la capacidad productiva del proyecto. El capítulo cuatro, determina la estructura administrativa. El estudio financiero, presenta las inversiones, los presupuestos, el punto de equilibrio y los estados financieros proyectados. Por último se realiza la evaluación del proyecto. El presente estudio de factibilidad, determina que la creación de la empresa comercializadora de Caléndula sería acertada. Se encontró que se cuenta con un mercado para Caléndula favorable, con los recursos técnicos necesarios, en términos de capacidad de producción, infraestructura y recurso humano y físico, , con la estructura administrativa y legal acorde a las necesidades del proyecto, con los recursos financieros y con una evaluación financiera que muestra que el proyecto es factible, rentable y se justifica realizar la inversión y desarrollarlo.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this work the feasibility for the assembly of a producing and trading company of caléndula in Bucaramanga city is evaluated. A descriptive and conclusive study is set, so each fundamental aspect is analyzed and evaluated, such as the technical, commercial, administrative and financial one. This feasibility study displays a chapter of majorities, which presents a general panorama of the aromatic and medicals plants; a chapter of Market survey shows aspects like effective demand, attributes of the product and commercialization issues; a third chapter, the technical study, and shows the productive capability of the project. Chapter four determines the administrative structure. The financial study, presents the investments, the budgets, the Breakeven point, and projected financial statements. Finally the evaluation of the project is made. The present feasibility study, determines that creation of a producing and trading company of caléndula would be guessed right, according with the necessary technical resources, in terms of capability of production, infrastructure and human and physical resource, with the administrative and legal structure to the necessities of the project, with the financial resources and a financial evaluation that indicate that the project is feasible, profitable and it is justified to make the investment and to develop it.
