dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este proyecto de grado es dotar a la Escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, de un proceso de formación bajo una visión de competencias laborales para la manufactura asistida por computador, ya que en la actualidad las empresas manufactureras que se encuentran en nuestro medio, no cuentan con el recurso humano capacitado con las habilidades, conocimientos, destrezas, aptitudes y actitudes necesarias para el manejo de estas herramientas. El laboratorio de FMS (Sistemas Flexibles de Manufactura) de la Escuela de Ingenieria Mecanica cuenta con cinco (5) Licencias del software MASTERCAM (software CAM) y toda una infraestructura para el modelado y fabricación de piezas; razones por las cuales el proceso de formación se realizó basado en este software. El proceso de formación se estructuró siguiendo los principios metodológicos del análisis funcional, donde se identificaron, módulos de formación asociados a unidades de aprendizaje y actividades de formación; y en ellos se identifican los contenidos conceptuales, procedimentales y actitudinales de este proceso. Como producto final de esta investigación y del estudio de estas competencias, se obtuvo la estructuración modular en torno a los saberes que se espera que la persona a capacitar desarrolle. Para efectos de este trabajo se desarrolló un diseño curricular, garantizando una estructura flexible, dinámica y soportada en las políticas institucionales de la Escuela y de la Universidad. Este diseño define los contenidos conceptuales y procedimentales, los criterios; las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje, estrategias de Evaluación así como los recursos, los escenarios y la duración de las actividades de aprendizaje asociadas a dichos módulos. Las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje están conformadas por técnicas e instrumentos; instrumentos que fueron desarrollados a través de documentos PDF, práctica de laboratorio, piezas mecanizadas y videos, soportando de esta manera el proceso de formación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this grade project is to endow the Engineering Mechanical School of the Industrial University of Santander, into a formation process under a vision of labor competitions for the computer aided manufacturing, that´s why in the actually the manufacturing companies that are in our means, don't have the qualified human resource with the abilities, knowledge and skills, aptitudes, attitudes necessary for the handling of these tools. The laboratory of FMS (flexible manufacturing systems) of the Engineering Mechanical School account with five (5) Licenses of software MASTERCAM (software CAM) and an entire infrastructure for the modeling one and the manufacture of pieces; reasons for which the formation process was made based on this software. The formation process was structured following the principles methodologic from the functional analysis, where they were identified, modules of formation associated to the learning units and activities of formation; and in them the conceptual, procedural and actitudinales contents that are identified of this process. As a final product of this investigation and the study of these competitions, obtained the modular structuring around the knowledge that expect that the person qualify develops. Effects of this work a curricular design was developed, guaranteeing a flexible, dynamic and supported structure in the institutional politicians of the School and the University. This design defines the conceptual and procedural contents, the criteria; the strategies of educationlearning, strategies of Evaluation as well as the resources, the scenes and the duration of the activities of learning associated to these modules. The education-learning strategies are conformed by techniques and instruments; instruments that were developed through documents PDF, mechanized practice of laboratory, pieces and videos, supporting this way the formation process.
