dc.description.abstractLa globalización y la marcada utilización de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones han permitido acortar distancias, optimizando los procesos en los cuales se han involucrado con el fin de cumplir con las expectativas propuestas acorde a la tecnología actual. El sistema de asignación de tiempos en las salas de cómputo es un servicio que permitirá a la Escuela de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, disponer de una herramienta administrativa para la distribución, asignación y control de tiempos en dichas salas. Además, ofrecerá a los estudiantes de pregrado y postgrado un mecanismo sencillo para solicitar horas de trabajo en los equipos de cómputo, utilizando las herramientas de última generación y aprovechando al máximo los recursos disponibles. Por otra parte, desde el punto de vista del administrador la herramienta nos permitirá realizar estadísticas de uso de los dispositivos en salas, para realizar informes de gestión donde plasmaríamos informes diarios, semanales y mensuales. El proyecto se desarrolló bajo plataforma Windows XP home, que permite usar herramienta denominada php, apache y msql la cual engloba una serie de herramientas administrativas que permiten controlar sitios Web, FTP, Dispone también del soporte necesario para crear páginas dinámicas (PHP), lenguaje de aplicaciones para Internet bastante extendido y que permite la conexión y acceso a bases de datos (MYSQL), consiguiendo aplicaciones Web dinámicas y escalables y dotando a estos sitios Web de una mayor complejidad y rendimiento. Se utilizó Macromedia MX, familia de herramientas (Fireworks MX, Dreamweaver MX y Flash MX) para crear aplicaciones dinámicas de Internet y ofrecer una experiencia de usuario mucho más efectiva. Su diseño, con el uso de herramientas eficaces para el alcance de este proyecto como Corel draw 11, el cual permitió diseñar el banner y el diseño de boton.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe globalización and the noticeable use of Technologies of Information and Communications have allowed to shorten to distances, optimizing the processes in which they have become jumbled with the purpose of fulfilling the propose expectations agreed to the present technology. The system of allocation of times in the rooms of calculation is a service that will allow to the School of Electrical, Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications of the Industrial University of Santander, to have an administrative tool to the distribution, allocation and control of times in these rooms. In addition, it will offer to the students of predegree and postdegree a simple mechanism to ask for working hours in the calculation equipment, being used the tools of last generation and taking advantage of the resources available to the maximum. On the other hand, from the point of view of the administrator the tool will allow us to make statistics of use of the devices in rooms, to make management information where we would shape daily information, weekly and monthly. The project was developed under platform Windows XP home, that allows to use denominated tool php, apache and msql which includes a series of administrative tools that allow to control Web sites, FTP, also Has the support necessary to create dynamic pages (PHP), language of applications to Internet extended enough and that allows to the connection and access to data bases (MYSQL), obtaining to dynamic and escalables applications Web and equipping to these Web sites with a greater complexity and yield. Macromedia MX, family of tools was used (Fireworks MX, Dreamweaver MX and Flash MX) to create dynamic applications of Internet and to offer a much more effective experience of user. Its design, with the use of effective tools for the reach of this project like Corel draw 11, which allowed to design banner and the design of bellboys.
