dc.description.abstractEn el documento se presenta la documentación e implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad para el proceso de Atención Técnica Domiciliaria en el ACUEDUCTO METROPOLITANO DE BUCARAMANGA S.A. E.S.P. Está dividido en cuatro capítulos en los que se presenta un marco teórico que sirve como base para el proyecto, una descripción de la empresa, el plan de trabajo para llevar a cabo el proyecto y por último la estructura del Sistema de Gestión Implementado. El desarrollo del proyecto cumple con las etapas de diagnóstico, documentación, implementación, seguimiento y verificación de la conformidad del sistema a través de una auditoria interna. Finalmente se concluyó sobre el cumplimiento de los objetivos y se plantean recomendaciones para la mejora y continuidad del sistema.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the document appears the documentation and implementation of the system of management of the quality for the process of Domiciliary Technical Attention in the Metropolitan Aqueduct of Bucaramanga S.A.E.S.P. It is divided in four chapters in which a theoretical frame appears that serves as bases for the project, a description of the company, the plan of work to carry out the project and finally the structure as the Implemented System of Management. The development of the project fulfills the stages of diagnosis, documentation, implementation, pursuit and verification of the conformity of the system through an internal audit. Finally it conclude on the fulfillment of the objectives and recommendations for the improvement and continuity of the system.
