| dc.description.abstract | Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se realizó un diagnóstico de la previo del plan de mantenimiento que se tenia en la empresa, en donde se observaron y analizaron los recursos c o n q u e c o n t a b a el area de mantenimiento , el personal involucrado en las labores de mantenimiento y la aceptación y respaldo que tiene el departamento por parte de otras areas involucradas en los equipos. Luego de realizar este análisis, se procede a instaurar una serie de acercamientos con las areas de producción y calidad para determinar que plantas y equipos se tomarian como primera instancia para realizar los análisis y las primeras rutinas de manteniniento preventivo, se planteó un análisis de criticidad, pero esta alternativa fue desechada por producción y calidad, ya que estas areas tenían identificados los equipos de mayor relevancia en el producto final. Simultáneamente se inicia un sistema de registro para evidenciar que intervenciones dia a dia se le están realizando a cada uno de los equipos y de esta forma poder identificar que tipo de fallas, frecuenci, para de esta forma conocer el estado actual de los equipos, comenzar a llevar un historial de falla de los equipos y el trabajo que desempeñan los técnicos, ya que esta información no se estaba llevando anteriormente. Con esta información luego se calcularon las frecuencias de falla de los equipos para establecer la frecuencia de intervención y se estipularon las rutinas de acuerdo al trabajo desarollado con los técnicos en sus diferentes especialidades. Para terminar se establen rutinas, frecuencias, en algunos casos repuestos y se comienza a introducir esta información en el software que se esta desarrollando con la empresa SIESA. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | For the development of this project, a diagnostic of the current maintenance plan, that the company had, was carried out. It was observed and analyzed the resources that the maintenance department had, the personnel involved in the maintenance work, and the acceptance and support that the maintenance department has by other departments involved in the equipment. After performing this analysis, it is necessary to establish a series of approaches with the production and quality department in order to determine what equipment and plant will have an analysis and first preventing maintenance routines performed. It was proposed a criticality analysis but this alternative was discarded by the production and quality departments because they had identified the equipment of greater relevance in the final product. Simultaneously, it starts a registration system to record the maintenance that were being done to each of the equipment on a daily basis and in this way be able to identify which type of failure and how frequently were happening in the different equipment at the Trefilation plant Bogota. The current state of the equipment can be determined by the analysis of this log. Also, there will be a history of failure of each equipment and the work performed by the technicians, as this information was not being previously recorded. The frequencies of failure of the equipment was calculated with the information recorded to establish the frequency of maintenance required. The maintenance routines were stipulated according to the work developed with technicians in their different specialties. Routines, frequencies, and in some cases parts were stablish so this information can be introduced into the software that is being developed with the company SIESA. | |
