dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo parte de una contextualización que permite conocer como se prestan los servicios administrativos a los trabajadores de ECOPETROL. A partir de este conocimiento, se elaboró un diagnóstico de la situación actual de las actividades realizadas, el cual permitió identificar los procesos que hacen parte de la Regional de Servicios Magdalena Medio. Con base en este análisis, el cual incluyo aspectos físicos, técnicos, humanos de procesos y de administración, se encontraron los factores críticos y puntos de mejora, para los cuales se definieron algunos indicadores que permitirán en alguna medida alcanzar la eficiencia y eficacia en la planeación, gestión y prestación de los servicios a ECOPETROL. Es por ello que se genera la necesidad de diseñar, documentar y estandarizar los indicadores de gestión para las tres áreas que le competen a la Regional de Servicios: alimentación, mantenimiento y transporte y apoyo, donde se analizaron los factores claves del proceso, la manera como iba a ser tomada la información para la posterior aplicación del indicador y finalmente mostrar mediante informe gerencial los resultados obtenidos, si realmente se ha venido trabajando eficazmente dentro de la gestión de recursos. El objetivo fundamental del presente proyecto de grado es ofrecer a la organización una manera más apropiada y organizada de conocer cómo están ellos distribuyendo el presupuesto para la posterior ejecución, de cuánto es el grado de compromiso por parte de las empresas contratistas y el nivel de satisfacción del cliente en cada uno de los procesos involucrados, unido entonces con el conocimiento y el aporte académico de la autora del documento. Finalmente se busca con este documento minimizar los costos asociados a cada proceso y maximizar el aprovechamiento y disposición de los recursos existentes en ECOPETROL S.A. Regional de Servicios Magdalena Medio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work leaves of a contextual mark that allows to know like theadministrative services are lent to the workers of ECOPETROL. Starting fromthis knowledge, a diagnosis of the current situation of the carried out activitieswas elaborated, which allowed to identify the processes that make part of theregional one of Services Magdalena Medio. With base in this analysis, which include physical aspects, technicians, humanof processes and of administration, they were the critical factors and points ofimprovement, for which were defined some indicators that will allow in somemeasure to reach the efficiency and effectiveness in the programming,administration and benefit from the services to ECOPETROL. It is for it the necessity to design, to document and to standardize theadministration indicators for the three areas that concern to the regional ofservices: feeding, maintenance and transport and support, where the keyfactors of the process were analyzed, the way like the information will be takenfor the later application of the indicative one and finally to show by means ofmanagerial report the obtained results, if one has really come working efficientlyinside the administration of resources. The fundamental objective of the present grade project is to offer to theorganization a more appropriate and more organized way to know how they arethem distributing the budget for the later execution, the grade of commitment ison the part of the companies contractors and the level of the client's satisfactionin each one of the involved processes of how much, united then with theknowledge and the academic contribution of the author of the document. Finally it is looked for with this document to minimize the costs associated toeach process and to maximize the use and disposition of the existent resourcesin ECOPETROL CORP.
