dc.description.abstractLos conductores desean siempre el mejor cuidado para su vehículo dado que es una inversión rodando en las calles y que desean que siempre permanezcan en buen estado de y aseo, requiriendo éste un lavado frecuente, conociendo que en Barrancabermeja no existe servicio de lavadero automático, se quiere con este proyecto ofrecer una opción al conductor de tener un centro especializado en el cuidado de su vehículo. La investigación posee los estudios correspondientes en el de Mercados: para identificar demanda, oferta, precios y comercialización; en el Técnico: definir el tamaño del proyecto, la localización, la ingeniería del proyecto, los equipos que requiere el centro de lavado automotriz. Así mismo, en el Estudio Administrativo definir el tipo de empresa, los aspectos legales y el perfil de los cargos; en el Financiero cuantificar las inversiones necesarias, así como también proyectar los ingresos y egresos para finalmente elaborar los estados financieros, la evaluación social, económica, ambiental y financiera para tomar la decisión de realizar la inversión en este tipo de negocios. Se instala una capacidad de 22.932 servicios de lavado al año, el capital de trabajo requerido es $94.274.748 y la inversión total asciende a $300.000.000. Para el estudio económico la evaluación dio un resultado de un VPN de $232.701.631 y una TIR de 35.75%, mostrando que el proyecto es positivo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe drivers wish always the best care for his vehicle provided that it is an investment rolling in the streets and that wish always to remain in good condition of and I adorn, needing this one a frequent wash, knowing that in Barrancabermeja does not exist service of automatic washer, an option is wanted by this project to offer to the driver to have a center specialized in the care of his vehicle. The investigation possesses the corresponding studies in that of Markets: to identify demand, offer, prices and commercialization; in the Technician: to define the size of the project, the location, the engineering of the project, the equipments that there needs the center of self-propelling wash. Likewise, in the Administrative Study to define the type of company, the legal aspects and the profile of the charges; in the Financier to quantify the necessary investments, as well as also to plan the income and expenditures finally to elaborate the financial statements, the social, economic, environmental and financial evaluation to take the decisión to realize the investment in this business type. One installs a capacity of 22.932 services of wash a year, the capital of needed work is $94.274.748 and the total investment promotes to $300.000.000. For the economic study the evaluation gave a result of a VPN of 232.701.631 $ and one TIR of 35.75 %, showing that the project is positive.
