| dc.description.abstract | Esta práctica empresarial se desarrolló por iniciativa del señor Álvaro Cuadros, Gerente de la empresa MUEBLES MODULARES LTDA, con el objeto de diseñar un modelo de mueble que pudieran fabricar y ofrecer al mercado regional en Santander, como parte del plan de diversificación de los productos de su empresa. Siguiendo un proceso metodológico dividido en las fases de estructuración, formalización tridimensional y producción, el trabajo incluyó la consulta bibliográfica referente a los procesos y materiales de fabricación para mobiliario modular, realizando una observación en los distintos sitios de Bucaramanga que ofrecen este tipo de mobiliario y observando dentro de la empresa las etapas de fabricación y comercialización de sus productos para el hogar y la oficina. Según los requerimientos establecidos se elaboraron tres diferentes alternativas que fueron evaluados determinando un desarrollo en la alternativa que planteaba el uso de láminas troqueladas. Tras trabajar los sistemas de unión y someter la 6 posibles estructuras metálicas a un estudio de esfuerzos mediante el software COSMOS DESING STAR, se definieron las dimensiones y características físicas que presentarían los muebles. El tablero de partículas de madera aglomeradas de calibre 12 mm y lámina de acero COLD ROLLED calibre 20, recubierta con pintura electrostática, se elaboró un modelo funcional de un organizador vertical de cuatro entrepaños, como muestra parcial del sistema de muebles T Y L diseñado al estilo SOHO (Small Office Œ Home Office), cuyas características son para el productor una fácil y rápida fabricación, y para el consumidor una variedad de posibles combinaciones según el número de módulos que adquiera para organización o superficies de trabajo con o sin computadores. Se realizaron también una redistribución de planta y el diseño de una página Web como elementos para mejorar las áreas de producción y comercialización de la empresa concluyendo en la importancia que el diseñador industrial tiene para el desarrollo del sector del mueble y los demás renglones económicos donde se desempeñe. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This managerial practice was developed by Mr. Álvaro Cuadros's initiative, who is MUEBLES MODULARES LTDA'S manager, its objective is designing a model of piece of furniture for making and offering it to the regional market in Santander as part of the Enterprise's Plan of Product's diversification. Following a methodologic process which is divided in these phases: structuration, in three Œ dimension formalizatrion and production, this work included the bibliographic consultation about processes and materials used in manufacture of modular furniture, doing an observation in different places un Bucaramanga which offer this kind of furniture and observing in the enterprise the stages of manufacture and trading of its products for the house and for the office. According to the established requirements, three different options were did. The were evaluated, and it was decided the development of the option that planned the usage of clicked metal plates. Working union's systems and doing effort's studies of six possible metallic structures, with the Software COSMOS DESIGN STAR, the furniture's dimensions and physical characteristics were defined. In a board of wood's particles of caliber 12 mm and steel plate COLD ROLLED caliber 20, covered with electrostatic paint, was done a vertical organizer of between Œ cloth frame as a partial model of the furnitures' system T Y L designed in SOHO'S style (Small Office Œ Home Office) which has easy and rapid manufacture's characteristics for the producer and which has for the consumer a great variety of combinations according to the modular number acquired for organization of work's surfaces with or without computer. A plant's redistribution and a web page's design were made as elements for improving the productions and trading of the enterprise and concluding in the importance of the industrial designer in the development of furniture's sector and the others economic lines where it recovers. | |
