dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta práctica jurídica social se fundamentó en el de asesoramiento y acompañamiento a la Secretaria de Educación del Departamento de Santander y más concretamente en su equipo de Nómina dado que se hacía necesario un apoyo jurídico en el desarrollo de cada una de la funciones propias de este equipo el cual fue desarrollado mediante el análisis y eventualmente solución de situaciones de naturaleza jurídica presentadas al interior de esta entidad. Todo en pro del mejoramiento del manejo de estos trámites al interior de esta entidad y como consecuencia el mejoramiento a su vez de la calidad del servicio prestado en este caso a la totalidad de docentes y funcionarios que pertenezcan al sistema educativo del Departamento de Santander. Es de resaltar que todo este apoyo jurídico fue dirigido y orientado directamente con la Doctora CECILIA TARAZONA ARIZA quien es la coordinadora del equipo de nómina de la secretaria de educación de Santander. De igual manera con la aplicación de este proyecto en esta entidad se buscó como objetivo primordial el correcto manejo de los recursos destinados por el Estado al sector educativo en Santander y así poner un granito de arena en este nuestro gran objetivo como abogados UIS el cual es el mejoramiento del manejo del sistema educativo en este caso. Para tal efecto, inicialmente fue necesario el estudio de la normatividad existente en el sector educativo y el aprendizaje del trámite interno en este equipo de nómina para así poder entrar a asesorar de manera correcta y efectiva todas las situaciones presentadas al interior de esta entidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe aim of this social legal practice was based on the advice and support to the Secretariat of Education in the Department of Santander and more specifically in its Payroll since legal support was necessary on the development of each and every own functions of this team which was developed through analysis and eventual solution of situations of legal nature within this entity. Everything done for the improvement of the management of these procedures within this entity and as a consequence the improvement at the same time of the quality of the service provided in this case to the totality of teachers and officials belonging to the education system of the Department of Santander. It is noteworthy that all this legal support was directed and oriented directly with Dr. CECILIA TARAZONA ARIZA who is the coordinator of the team payroll of the secretariat of education of Santander. In the same way with application of this project in this entity was sought as its primary objective the proper management of the resources allocated by the state to the education sector in Santander and so put a grain of sand to this our great goal as UIS lawyers which is improving the management of the education system in this case. For that effect, it was initially necessary to study the existing legislation in the educative sector and learning the internal procedure on this payroll team in order to advise correctly and effectively all scenarios presented within this entity.
