dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto comprende principalmente dos fases, la primera de ellas consiente en determinar mediante un estudio de factibilidad, la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de alimento balanceado para animales, la cual inicia con una investigación de mercados que permita estimar las ventas anuales, posteriormente se muestra el estudio técnico en el que se define el proceso productivo, el requerimiento de recursos, la capacidad de producción y la localización de la empresa, al igual que los aspectos administrativos, ambientales, legales y los planes estratégicos de la empresa en el mediano plazo. Posteriormente se presenta el análisis financiero, en el que se proyectan los ingresos y los egresos por un periodo de cinco años, y se analizan indicadores como el Valor Presente Neto (VPN), el Flujo de Caja Libre (FCL) y la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR). Finalmente, con base en el resultado de los datos anteriores, se da inicio a la segunda fase del proyecto, que comprende la puesta en marcha de la empresa, efectuándose la constitución legal y el proceso de producción y de comercialización. En este documento se muestra el funcionamiento de la empresa por un periodo de siete meses.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present Project include basically two faces, the first one consist of stating through the study of practicality the viability for the creation of a new company devoted to the animal™s well balanced food production and marketing which begins with a marketing research that permit estimate the annual sales, then the technical study will be present defining the productive process, the resources requirements, the production™s ability and the location of the company at the same time with the administrative aspects, environmental, legal™s actions and the strategic plans of the company in the medium term. Subsequently it presents the financial analysis in which the incomes and outgoings are shown during five years and also the Value Present Net (VPN) Free Cash Flow (FCF) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are analyzed. Finally, based on the result of the previous piece of information it begins the second part of the project which carry on the opening of the company with the production, legal and of marketing process. This paper bring to operation of the company for a period of seven month.
