dc.description.abstractLa libertad en sí y para sí, que estudia Hegel en Fenomenología del espíritu, se realizó en algunos de los grupos cimarrones de los esclavos emancipados de Santo Domingo (antigua colonia francesa que actualmente es Haití). Procediendo en contra de toda determinación, hecha desde la colonia francesa y con la misma lucha a muerte, los esclavos consiguieron una libertad, que si bien es cierto, tiempo después se perdió, debido a las diferentes dictaduras y desestabilizaciones sociales, políticas y económicas de la naciente república independiente. El análisis de estos sucesos se hará desde la perspectiva filosófica hegeliana, la cual, señala una dialéctica interna por la que pasa el espíritu, para poder llegar al saber absoluto. Desde esta perspectiva, ¿se podría pensar que los esclavos de Santo Domingo, con su rebelión y emancipación, lograron pasar por este proceso dialéctico?, y más aún, ¿fue en ellos en donde se encarnó la libertad, como totalidad general? Las respuestas a estos interrogantes son difíciles de resolver; no obstante, en el siguiente estudio se buscarán presentar algunos aspectos como la religión y las expresiones artísticas musicales y dancísticas, las cuales, permiten ver que los esclavos emancipados de Haití sí lograron cierta autonomía en lo que consideraban era de su propiedad e identidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe philosophy investigation of Hegel, about freedom in Phenomenology of Mind is a way to understand the development of the independence of the slavers and maroons in Saint-Domingue (the old France colony. They acted against determination and rules, made from the French colony; they fight all the time, and in the same way they gave their life itself to rescue their freedom. Before, they found the triumph over the war against France, important states as England, Spain, and United States, made crude interventions in its economy, in the international sphere. The analysis of those events is going to make by the Hegel investigation about freedom. Hegel says that the mind gets through a dialectic state, and then, this can find total knowledge. From this philosophic analysis ¿can we think that the slavers of Saint-Domingue, with their rebellion, and emancipation, found get through this dialectic process? And even more, ¿Did they represent the triumph and the achievement of the freedom and the total knowledge? The answers are so difficult to resolve; nevertheless, in the following monograph we are going to present some topics and concepts, in order of the religion and the artistic performance, with which the slavers could show their position against the power of the French colony. We can say that the emancipated slavers found autonomy and a strong identity with the music and the dance.
