dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del proyecto es Establecer, Documentar, Implementar y Evaluar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en la Empresa Hardware Asesorías Software Ltda., bajo los lineamientos de la NTC-ISO 9001:2000, con el fin de proporcionarle a la organización una herramienta para que mejore la eficacia y la eficiencia de los procesos y de esta manera lograr la confianza y satisfacción de los clientes con Productos y Servicios de Alta Calidad. El soporte teórico del proyecto se basa en los conceptos relativos a sistemas de gestión de la calidad, así como los relacionados con la Comercialización, Soporte Técnico y Mantenimiento de Hardware y Software y Redes y Telecomunicaciones. Contiene la metodología empleada en las etapas de Planificación Estratégica, Planificación Estratégica de la Calidad, Documentación del Sistema la cual comprende, entre otros, aspectos como el diagnóstico encontrado en relación al cumplimiento de los Requisitos de la Norma, el diseño y establecimiento de la Política y Objetivos de la Calidad con sus indicadores de desempeño, las capacitación realizada al personal para lograr su compromiso y apoyo, la Documentación del Sistema, Identificación de los Procesos y sus Interrelaciones, así como la metodología utilizada en la elaboración de la documentación del sistema para la estandarización de los procesos (manual de calidad, procedimientos, formatos para los registros, diagramas de flujo) y definición de indicadores de gestión para cada proceso. Finalmente se presenta una auditoría de suficiencia para evaluar el sistema de gestión de la calidad en relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of the project is to Establish, to Document, to Implement and to Evaluate the Quality Management System in the Company Hardware Asesorías Software Ltda., under the lineaments of the NTC-ISO 9001:2000, with the end of providing to the organization a tool so that it improves the efficacy and the efficiency of the processes and this way to achieve the trust and the clients' satisfaction with Products and Services of Quality High . The theoretical support of the project is based on the relative concepts to Quality Management System, as well as those related with the Commercialization, Technical Support and Maintenance of Hardware and Software and Nets and Telecommunications. It contains the methodology used in the stages of Strategic Planning, Strategic Planning of the Quality, Documentation of the System which understands, among other, aspects like the opposing diagnosis in relation to the execution of the Norma's Requirements, the design and establishment of the Politics and Objectives of the Quality with their acting indicators, the training carried out the personnel to achieve their commitment and support, the Documentation of the System, Identification of the Processes and their Interrelations, as well as the methodology used in the elaboration of the documentation of the system for the standardization of the processes (manual of quality, procedures, formats for the registrations, diagrams of flow) and definition of administration indicators for each process. Finally an audit of sufficiency is presented to evaluate the system of administration of the quality in relation to the execution of the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:200
