| dc.description.abstract | Comertex s.a. es consciente de la importancia que tiene establecer un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad que contribuya a convertirse en una organización altamente competitiva y que proporcione productos que cumplan con las necesidades del cliente. El presente documento describe el desarrollo e implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad en Comertex S.A. para los procesos de comercialización y exportación de insumos textiles, productos textiles de tejido plano, tejido de punto, no tejidos, hogar, calzado y prendas de vestir. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se estructuró y desarrolló toda la documentación necesaria para garantizar que el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad se desenvuelva eficaz y eficientemente, acorde a los requisitos establecidos, basándose en un diagnóstico previamente realizado. Al tener todo el Sistema de Calidad documentado e implementado se realizó una auditoría interna de calidad para determinar las no conformidades presentes en el sistema y desarrollar un plan de mejora que ayudara a corregirlas. Luego de ejecutar el plan de mejora y corregir las no conformidades detectadas, el ICONTEC realizó la auditoría externa de re- certificación, encontrando conformidad en el sistema y recalcando la importancia de no haber encontrado ninguna no conformidad en el sistema en la auditoria y aprobando la ampliación del alcance tanto para la sucursal Bogotá como para la línea de Insumos Textiles. | |
