dc.description.abstractEl modelo de base datos se implementa en el Sistema de Información para Medir la Calidad del Aire – SIMCA –, aplicativo que funciona en una arquitectura basada en la web. Dado que la salud pública es una prioridad social, esta aplicación sirve como apoyo en la toma de decisiones en los aspectos relacionados con los efectos de los contaminantes sobre la salud humana y la normatividad ambiental por parte de las autoridades locales ambiéntales como la CDMB y, los grupos y centros de investigación como el GIEMA y el CEIAM. El presente proyecto está asociado al desarrollo del Sistema Experto Difuso para la Polución del Aire – SEXPD –, que el grupo GIEMA de Ingeniería Mecánica, el CEIAM de Ingeniería Química, GITSI de Ingeniería de Sistemas vienen desarrollando, y se encuentra financiado por el DIF. El macroproyecto pretende crear una primera versión del SEXDP, que contribuya a medir la contaminación del aire originada por las fuentes móviles. Para el desarrollo de la herramienta se implementó tecnología de punta, como los struts para el uso del patrón de arquitectura MVC en Java. Los datos empleados para la evaluación de la herramienta y su respectivo indicador de calidad del aire fueron facilitados por la CDMB. La implantación del aplicativo web en las diferentes entidades ambientales locales de Bucaramanga, facilitará la investigación en calidad del aire, debido al fácil acceso y extracción de la información.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe pattern of base data is implemented in the System of Information to Measurethe Quality of the Air - SIMCA -, applicative that works in an architecture based onthe web. Since the public health is a social priority, this application it serves likesupport in the taking of decisions in the aspects related with the effects of thepollutants on the human health and the environmental law on the part of theauthorities local environmental like the CDMB and, the groups and investigationcenters like the GIEMA and the CEIAM. The present project is associated to the development of the Diffuse Expert Systemfor the Pollution of the Air - SEXPD - that the group GIEMA of MechanicalEngineering, the CEIAM of Chemical Engineering, GITSI of Engineering ofSystems comes developing, and it is financed by the DIF. The macroproject seeksto create a first version of the SEXDP that contributes to measure thecontamination of the air originated by the mobile sources. For the development of the tool tip technology was implemented, as the struts forthe architecture pattern's use MVC in Java. The data used for the evaluation of thetool and their respective indicator of quality of the air were facilitated by the CDMB.The installation of the applicative web in the different entities environmental local ofBucaramanga, will facilitate the investigation in quality of the air, due to the easyaccess and extraction of the information
